The house was beautiful. Couldn’t ask for a better view of the lake. It was easy to park and get out of the area. It had very comfortable beds and plenty of amenities.

Location was great!

We had a great time at this property! The kids loved fishing off of the pier. The house was located near Chimney Rock and a short distance from the restaurants!

2 adults and 3 teens stayed at this wonderful home with all the lakefront amenities needed. Owner was easy to communicate with as needed. Perfect location on the lake close to Auburn. Would stay again!

Best Stay Ever!

This was my husband and I’s first time ever using VRBO and Gabe made it nothing but a positive and wonderful experience for us! The property is absolutely gorgeous, comfortable, and wonderful. Gabe was extremely accommodating to our flexible arrival time and informed us that the Jetski’s on property were available for rent as well too!We absolutely would stay again and hopefully would be booking for a few extra days where we could use the property accommodations a bit more! Overall 11/10 experience and thank you to Gabe for making sure we were all comfortable!

Incredible views!

We had a wonderful time at the Perch. Everything was top-notch from relaxing & taking in the view from the beautiful porches, to the upgraded, well appointed kitchen to the spacious bedrooms and oversized game room downstairs.… we loved it all! Gabe was wonderful to work with, so responsive and even gave us suggestions on the fly for different places to check out on the lake! We will definitely stay here again!

Senior Trip

We brought my son and his friends up for his senior trip. The layout was great for what we needed. The house is awesome and in a great location for views and privacy. Pretty convenient to get to. 5 min from a launch, 10 min from a store with most supplies and only 20 min to Dadeville for a full grocery store.

War Eagle! Great Football Weekend Getaway!

The peacefulness and beauty of Lake Martin at The Perch was an amazing contrast to the activity of an Auburn football weekend. We enjoyed our time of peace with the family at the lake, and our enthusiastic Auburn family at the Ole Miss game. This property is one we will select again. The floor plan was perfect to have had more family and friends with us. The kitchen had everything we needed, bedding was very comfortable, and all very clean. Our only regret was not having taken a few more days to just relax at the lake.

The layout of this property is great! There are 2 large living areas. Ping pong competitions are a must! Having bedrooms on each floor is ideal. Gabe answered questions promptly prior to stay. Everything was laid out well upon arrival, so we had no questions or needs during our stay. The location on the lake was perfect. Calm waters and close to boat ramp, Marina and Chimney Rock. We are planning our next trip to this property. Highly recommend!

It was exactly what I was looking for. The layout of the house was perfect for the younger adults to hang out downstairs while the others visited on the main floor and deck. The openness of the house made it easy to move around when we had guests. The beds were nice and firm. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture was comfortable. The view on the lake was amazing. The dock was nice and spacious. The steps to get in the water were clean and not slippery. There’s a nice kayak with plenty of life jackets. The fishing was good. We made a lot of wonderful memories!!

FIVE STARS!

Our family spent Thanksgiving at The Perch. Everything about the house is perfect! The layout is great. The kids enjoyed the downstairs den and ping pong area. The main level has an open den and kitchen setup with lots of windows overlooking the beautiful view. We liked the layout of the bedrooms and the beds in each room are extremely comfortable. TVs all around the house are a plus especially during football season. The outside space is great with the deck, grill and outdoor dining space. Down by the dock we played cornhole and the kids loved fishing. We would love to come back in the summer to explore more of the lake. This home was perfect for our family to gather for Thanksgiving! Gabe was wonderful to work with from the time we booked. Hope to be back soon!

We live in Auburn, Alabama. I spent my childhood visiting Lake Martin several times a month. My memories on the lake are some of the best of my life. My wife and children are making the same memories and we cant wait to share them with you!

Our beautiful house is nestled in the heart of the lake, providing easy access to all the exciting activities that the lake boasts. It is situated in a spacious, secluded inlet called Kidds Cove, which offers a serene and private retreat from the hustle and bustle of the main lake area. Even when the lake is bustling with activity, you can still bask in the calmness of the crystal clear water in our cove and admire the breathtaking view of the majestic Bald eagles that call the lake their home.

Our beautiful house sits in close proximity to the serene waters of the lake. It boasts an impressive height, which affords us the luxury of a stunning lookout balcony that we fondly call the "Perch". From this vantage point, we can admire the breathtaking view of the water and the surrounding nature in all its glory. It truly is a sight to behold!
