We stayed at Georgetown Fairview Park for a week. The location was perfect, plus there's a great ice cream store, Weber's, a little ways down across the street. Once we found the apartment, check in was OK. I finally realized that our numbered parking spot was the same number as the key lock in the breezeway (for obtaining our apt. key). Upon entering the apt. we realized the refrigerator was not working. I texted maintenance and they were very responsive. They came out immediately, tried to fix the fridge and ended up buying a new refrigerator which was installed the next day. The beds were very comfortable with dehumidifiers in both bedrooms. All the living room furniture was covered. One couch and chair was very comfortable but the other couch was very bumpy and not comfortable at all. Just a small hick up but two comfortable couches would have been nice for the three of us. The apartment was great but the stairwell carpet was very dirty. The owner has been renovating these apartments and once the renovation is complete this will be a great place. It was a bit pricey but I was desperate to find something in this location. Would I go back? Yes!
