Welcome to Desert D'or in Terra Lago, Indio. Enjoy a stylish & unique floor plan with a newly renovated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, black quartz countertops and a custom tile backsplash. The breakfast bar has seating for 3 and the dining table seats 6 comfortably. Enjoy your favorite Netflix series on an 85" HDTV & soundbar in the living room.

Enjoy the highest internet speed available in the Terra Lago community, 500 Mbps upgraded Wi-Fi speed. Most other rentals have the 50-100 Mbps speed.

Outside, root for your favorite sports team on the 43" HDTV while BBQing or listen to your favorite music on the bluetooth speakers. Soak up the sun in the 8 lounge chairs or chill around the outdoor kitchen and firepit. Outside, try your hand at ping pong or practice putting.

Inside the climate-controlled game room play a game of golf on the Opti Golf Simulator. The game room also has a Mini Jumbotron with 4 smart tvs connected to ESPN +, Hulu, & Disney+, pool table, card table, karaoke, arcade games & more!

Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own smart TV.
Terra Lago is a guard gated community with a private 20-acre lake. Conveniently located minutes off the I-10 Freeway near golf & restaurants. 2 miles from Fantasy Springs Resort Casino, 10 miles from the Acrisure Arena, and 7.5 miles from the Eldorado Polo Club and music festivals like Coachella & Stagecoach.

Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and basic cleaning supplies. We also provide coffee and tea.

Bathroom Supplies:
The bathrooms will be stocked with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and a hair dryer.


POLICIES:
-Looking for responsible & respectful guests. No parties.
-Check-in time is 4:00 PM.
-Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
-Quiet time is from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Absolutely no music is to be played outside after 10:00 PM.
-Only the people on the vacation rental agreement at the time of booking are allowed at the property. To invite others is a violation of the vacation rental agreement and private home rental ordinance, and you will be required to leave in addition to being charged a violation fee of $1500.
-No smoking or vaping inside the house or game room. An additional $250 cleaning fee will be imposed for any violations.
-Pet friendly- (cats/dogs only) We allow for up to two pets at the property for a fee of $100 per pet. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if necessary. Please note, Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms or on furniture. Pets cannot be left unattended on the property. Pets are not permitted in the pool/spa at any time and we ask that you clean after pets appropriately. Please contact us if a pet will be joining your vacation.
-Spa heating is included in your reservation at no extra cost.
-The pool is not heated. If you would like to heat the pool, there is an additional pool heating fee of $100.
-No glass is permitted outdoors near the pool or spa. It is the responsible guest's obligation to always ensure the safety of everyone on the property most notably around the pool and jacuzzi.
-There is no garage as it has been converted to a game room.
--Parking in driveway for two vehicles only. There is no overnight street parking allowed without HOA & host authorization. Vehicles will be ticketed at the guest's own expense. Reach out to host if you have more than two cars and we can see if we can accommodate you based on availability. Free parking is available outside of the community.
-All vehicles must be parked in the driveway; the maximum # of vehicles is two vehicles. No RVs/Trailers or vehicles with commercial/business logs/emblems are permitted in the community per HOA rules.
-There are multiple security cameras on the exterior of the property that record audio & activity when there is motion.
-Swimming in the lake is not permitted

By booking this stay, all guests release the owner and management company of the property from all liability for the unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.

LIABILITY WAIVER:
You understand that swimming is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming may present to children who are not carefully supervised. Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. All the homes are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or their facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. If you leave any items behind, we will not be responsible for the item(s), and we will not be responsible for shipping them to you. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT') In consideration of using the OptiShot Golf' Simulator, this represents that you understand the nature of this Activity and that you are qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such Activity. You acknowledge that if you believe event conditions are unsafe, you will immediately discontinue participation in the Activity. You fully understand that this Activity involves risks of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis and death, which may be caused by your own actions, or inactions, those of others participating in the event, the conditions in which the event takes place, or the negligence of the "releases" named below; and that there may be other risks either not known to you or not readily foreseeable at this time; and you fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, cost, and damages you incur as a result of your participation in the Activity. You hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue P&B Capital Group, LLC or its respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, and employees, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises on which the Activity takes place, (each considered on of the "RELEASEES" herein) from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages, on your account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the "releases" or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations and future agree that if, despite this release, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk you, or anyone on your behalf, makes a claim against any of the Releases, You will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of the Releases from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, which any may incur as the result of such claim. You have read the RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, understand that you have given up substantial rights by accepting this reservation without any inducement or assurance of any nature and intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law and agree that if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid the balance, notwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect.
