Introducing Dolphin Decks! Bay Tree Condos D78. While here you will see the large super tankers traverse the ship channel dwarfing everything along the way. This split level condo is located on the second floor, with no elevator access. Main level has your living area, kitchen and dining along with a wet-bar and the washer and dryer in the bathroom area. You access the bedrooms by a spiral staircase. We offer a very peaceful and relaxing stay. Fishing from our private pier is a must! Lounging around our Texas size pool and barbecuing with the family after a fun day of fishing and the beach is the perfect way to end your day. Up for some friendly competition? Check out our tennis or pickle ball on the new courts. Enjoy the sunrises/sunsets, bring your camera. AND, you can see pelicans, sea turtles, dolphins and other sea birds in the Private Marina. Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and night life. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 vehicles. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.
