Seagull Condominiums unit 202 es un segundo piso de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. Contemple la vista del Golfo de México desde la cocina abierta mientras prepara su captura de las aventuras de pesca de Port Aransas. Disfrute comiendo sus comidas favoritas mientras observa las olas desde el comedor o la sala de estar. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y baño privado y el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y un conjunto de literas. También hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar para dormir más. Hay un televisor en la sala de estar y en los dos dormitorios. Condo duerme 6. Very Nice Condo

Condo was great, kids loved the bunk room. Unfortunately Mother Nature didn’t give us beach weather, so can’t be a fair judge of pool and beach.

Would stay again

It was so nice waking up to the ocean view and the sunrise. We had a great time at the beach. The condo is comfortable. We do wish there was more stainless steel options for cookware and utensils. The community deck was awesome to watch the sunset or sit by the fire. Nice to have a gym but only one unit can reserve a time slot at a time. Staff was very helpful and nice. We would stay there again.

Convenient condo in Port Aransas

We stayed in Sea Gull condos for 3 nights as a family of 4 at the end of February. Check in process was seamless, the condo was perfectly clean upon our arrival and linens were provided as advertised. Great views of the beach and easy access to the pool and to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and also utilized the pay laundry for the whole building. Note that while the kitchen was furnished there were no basics such as oil or salt provided so you need to bring anything you plan to eat or cook. The building was very quiet and convenient to Port Aransas. We'd definitely stay there again if we return to that area.

Wonderful unit

We loved our stay. I went with my 2 sisters. Unit was beautiful! Very clean with everything we need. There was even maid service available every day! Basic supplies like soap, trashbags, dishwasher pods were easily replaced by the room service. I only wish the info from the property management company didn't say couldn't bring towels from the room to the beach, and then there were beach towels in the room. I could have used that beach towel space in my suitcase! The only other thing that would have been perfect, Sunny all the days we were there instead of half of them. Next time, can I order sunny days? Kidding. WE loved our time in your unit, and will look to return to it next time in the area.

Best Vacation Rental Ever

We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this was by far the most "guest friendly and thoughtful"....little things like ample hooks for clothes, excellent lighting EVERYWHERE, well appointed kitchen, comfortable furniture, great bed, multiple TVs, exceptionally clean....the location is a little "out" from both Port A and Corpus BUT the condo itself could not have been better. Our thanks and hats off to the owner - you have a beautiful property.

Just bring your clothes. The condo has everything else

This was our 2nd stay at the Seagull condo. Being right next to the beach with panoramic views is perfect. The condo unit was clean & comfortable. We cooked a few meals in which really makes the price affordable. The kitchen had everything we needed. One morning housekeeping stopped by to see if there was anything we needed. The folks at the front desk were always very pleasant. We’ll definitely be back.

Nice Condo

Condo was clean and nice, would have liked a few kitchen items (like seasonings and more trash bags) The tv disconnected from Wi-Fi had to look for router to reset it. Overall was nice and quiet.

Clean, on the beach and well equipped. Would be nice to have an iron and ironing board in the unit. There is one I. The common laundry area on site, so not a deal breaker

Will Book again!!!

Was everything we had in mind as a family. The Condo was "attention to detail." That's what I loved about it, besides the amenities. Going to book the same location for sure. Exactly what I needed to get away and build memories for the family and I. Thank you again for hosting us.

Great stay in top notch condominium with amazing views. The wall of doors at the patio, Superb!

My husband and I visited for our first year wedding anniversary (05/2022) It was the best space, very spacious and up to date. High quality finishes inside with a perfect pool/hot tub downstairs. Staff was very polite and guests were also. We really enjoyed our time on the beach which is just a walk out from the lobby's back entrance. This place was Exquisite. We Highly Recommend!

Great property, we will be back!!

This condo was even better than advertised. The rooms were a good size, the sliding doors open completely onto the balcony bringing the outdoors inside. The sturdy chairs and table in the balcony allowed us to spend a lot of time enjoying the view and sound of the waves. Being in the second floor allowed us to be just steps away from and outdoor area set up with multiple tables for people to gather. We also had easy access to the pool as there was a ramp leading from the second floor to the pool area. The property was clean and well kept. My only complaint was that while we had the ramp to the pool there were 2 steps to get to the ramp and 2 additional steps along the ramp which made it impossible for my friend, who uses a wheelchair, to use the ramp. However, the ramp to the beach was easily accessible and allowed us to help her get on the beach using her wheelchair and walker. I appreciated that there were plenty of chairs supplied by the condo for us to use so we never had to drag our chairs down to the beach. Loves this condo and will return soon!!

Overall Great Experience!

The location of the condo was perfect for us as a family. I had some confusion regarding the online check-in process before we got there, but once we arrived and saw the front desk it was a breeze! Our time spent at the beach and pool was quiet, only seeing a handful of other families and couples during our long weekend spent there. We loved how conveniently it was placed right between Port A and Padre Island. The condo itself was clean and was perfect for our family of four plus my dad. I do wish that the kitchen had been stocked with a few basic seasonings/essentials, but also understand that covid-19 protocols may prevent that right now. Overall, our visit was great and we’d most definitely recommend this condo to other families!

Great location and fantastic view

My wife and I rented unit 202 for a long weekend. The condo is well equipped and nicely decorated. We particularly enjoyed watching the sun rise over the gulf and listening to the surf at night. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway away from the crowds.

Late Summer Getaway

Overall the Sea Gull property was very nice. Loved the pool and grill areas. Staff was friendly. Boardwalk to the beach was super convenient. Our particular condo was pretty, but needed a thorough dusting and floor mopping. We had a nice relaxing time there!
