This property is on Gulf Blvd with easy access to the beach. The property has one swimming pool. This property is located within walking distance of restaurants shops and entertainment. We strive to regularly update our photos and listing description; however we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in photos or descriptions. As per HOA rules and regulations this property does not allow young adult/spring break groups.

Right on the beach

This property is located right on the beach with its own dedicated beach access. It was perfect for our family since we have a 1 year old that we could easily bring back for her nap. The unit was recently remodeled and in good condition. However, we did have some issues with the Wi-Fi, and the AC did not cool the bedrooms down well. The location is not too busy and being located on the northern end of the island meant less through traffic. The only downsides were that the parking lot is across the street and the building had no elevators so we had to carry everything up stairs. Also, the property management company didn't respond to my questions until the day before checkin, but were reasonable to deal with afterwards. Overall, a great place to stay with direct access to the beach.

Continental 205 BED BUGS no compensation

We arrived worn out from a World Series ball tournament. Checked in brought our things in went to check out the beach and then go eat. Came in and crashed. The next day we realized the king suite had bed bugs. We aren’t even unpacked move everything out of that room go to the beach for the kids to enjoy their now one day vacation! I call to talk to someone and they said oh we will call you back. I’m trying to enjoy some family time but instead I sit by the phone waiting with no return call. We go in eat lunch call them again, explain the situation tell them we can show them we would wait 30 min or so before taking our kids back to the beach. Again no one comes by. So we assume they aren’t going to do anything since the contact and communication was not there. We are all inside last person in the shower, we are loading to leave it’s 5:15. Someone shows up! She wants to know if we are leaving and why are we still there. So I proceed to show her the bed and the blood stains from the bed bugs and the bed bug shells and she tells me no, no that’s not what that is. But can’t tell me what it is either. And she says why are you still here the office closes at 5 I can’t wait for you to leave. I said we are leaving in 30 min max the last person is in the shower. All our stuff is at the door! She tells me she NO she can’t wait that long. I said ok I will lock the door and leave your keys in the room. She said I have to make sure you are leaving. Ma’am we are NOT staying here!
