FOR MY CUSTOMERS CONVENIENCE I BLOCK ONE DAY BEFORE AND AFTER EACH RESERVATION, SO CUSTOMERS CAN CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT AT ANY TIME ACCORDING TO THEIR NEEDS.
Beautiful fully furnished villa with private 8X4m swimming pool. The property has beautiful, unobstracted sea views, it is fully airconditiond and has a strong wifi connection. Sea is 250 mtrs away.
A supermarket and a cafe/bar/restaurant is 400 mtrs from the house. Bus station is 100mtrs away.
Luxury house with solar water system for bathing. Beautiful location and big , gated, green yard with barbeque and covered garage.The pool is maintained by a professional. The house is licenced
The space
The villa is fully equipped with a lot of linen and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped and i supply coffee, tea salt, oil for salads and for cooking and a wellcome pack. You will also find shampoo and soaps, toilet paper and many other necessary things in the kitchen. Also, cleaning materials for kitchen and bathroom and cleaning material for the washing machine.
The yard is gated so children can't escape. The pool has maximum deep of 1.40m. Sea view is beautiful and at nights you can hear the waves very well. The most beautiful place is the balcony at nights especially with full moon lighting the sea. Its very romantic.
Guest access
All the spaces of the villa and the big yard is for its guests. Also there is a private swimming pool for guests use only.
If you rent a car, there is inside the yard, a covered garage for the car.
Other things to note
In the face of a health crisis, the home will be cleaned and disinfected according to the recommendations of those responsible. There will be a minimum of 48 hours between visitors. We prefer to have this long time between guests, so to facilitate them with check in / check out time. The house will be ventilated for some hours, thoroughly cleaned and then all common areas will be disinfected (light buttons, door handles, remote controls, small appliances, etc.) with a special antibacterial solution or 70% alcohol solution.
