Esta encantadora villa costera de dos dormitorios se encuentra en un pequeño complejo tranquilo en la hermosa zona de Ayia Thekla. Al abrir la puerta, encontrará espacio de estacionamiento y una amplia área de piscina frente a la hermosa terraza, ideal para cenar al aire libre. En el interior, hay una gran cocina-comedor que se abre a una sala de estar luminosa y cómoda. Un pequeño pasillo separa la sala de estar del dormitorio principal, el dormitorio doble y el amplio baño. Esta villa está totalmente equipada y tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones relajantes y llenas de sol.

Staying at Villa Merry.

We loved our stay at the Villa where it was a peaceful location apart from a little noise from the road and dogs barking now and again but did not spoil our stay.Pool was excellent and well maintained.We wished that their was an outside shower. We have be going to Cyprus for a number of years and we have had few stays in Villa but the Merry was the best Villa we have had.

Great house!

The house was very nice! The garden and pool were incredible! We absolutely loved our stay here! I only have 1 small complaint. The dishwasher didn't work properly. A lot of the dishes weren't clean after we used the dishwasher. So that was a bit annoying. Also the pillows were very thin and the matrasses quite hard but that is a personal preference of course. Besides that, it is a beautiful house!

Great location and lovely pool

The villa is in a great location although you do need a car which we had already hired. The pool was kept very clean. On first glance at the villa it is clean and has all the necessary facilities. It does need some tlc and a repaint both inside and outside. Both bathrooms need a good deep clean as areas on tiles and around shower and bath need cleaning with something to get rid of limescale and mould build up. Drains need to be cleaned out as build up of water in shower. All floors need a deep clean. The outside gates need sorting as it was a struggle to open and close them. There are not enough utensils in the kitchen and the kitchen knives need to be sharpened or replaced. The microwave wasn’t working and was replaced with a used one where the paint inside was flaking off. The Ironing board needs replacing. Some tiles on one of the pillars on the outside area had come off and need to be stuck back on. The cleaners came for a mid stay clean but only did the basics. No wiping down of areas or dusting was done and they never touched the outside areas or furniture. Just expect a bit more for the cost of hiring the villa as there is lots of competition with villas for hire.

the island who make the god`s holiday ! from switzerland to cyprus with LOVE

Once again it was very nice in the Villa Merry. We have been in the Villa Merry in Ayia Thekla / Sotira for the 3rd time, and before that we have booked 2 let twice. We were always very satisfied. The Villa Merry is very quiet and we feel like at home in Switzerland. The neighbors are also very nice as well as the dogs. For the perfect stay in Villa Merry, we bought a new little frying pan and replaced the laundry rack (bought in the metro shop in Protaras). Otherwise it has everything our heart desires in the Villa Merry. Sure, the house is getting in the years, but it has a lot of charm and a strong character. We slept very well because it is very quiet at night. We would have a lot of fun if we found 2 e-bikes in Ayia Thekla 2 e-bikes when we were booking so that we can drive quickly and easily to Ayia Thekla beach. Our Cypriot friend Aristos always used to say "if God wants" and in this sense we book the Villa Merry twice next year. Greetings from Switzerland Nicolà and Denise

Ayia Thekla, "scha sömmis d`vaintan realita :-) wo träume wahr werden !

Kalimera ti cani poli ? Grüezi aus der Schweiz Herzlichen dank, dass wir auf der Insel wo "Götter Ferien machen" unsere schönsten Wochen des Jahres verbringen durften. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Da wir schon sehr belesen und oft die "Insel der Liebe" bereist haben sind wir immer wieder von der Vielfalt von Zypern überrascht. Ayia Thekla / Liopetri ist eine sehr schöne Location. Wir machten jeden Morgen einen schönen Spaziergang am Meer und zurück in der Villa Merry verwöhnten wir uns mit einem Breakfast in Cyprus : Halloumi mit Melonen und geschmackvollen Früchten. Die Villa Merry liegt sehr optimal und die Umgebung verführt den Gast zu Ausflügen : Nicosia, Trodos, Limassol oder Polis mit Pafos u.s.w Es braucht ein Auto, da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten : Paralimni oder Ayia Napa zu Fuss nicht so gut erreichbar sind. Klar gibt es auch einen Bus was sicher eine gute Alternative darstellt, doch für uns ist das Auto doch die bessere Variante. Die Villa Merry ist einfach perfekt, es hat alles im Haus für den täglichen Haushaltbedarf. Natürlich müssen wir noch den Pool erwähnen, der bringt die nötige Abkühlung bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen die auf Zypern herrschen. Weltklasse !! und wir kommen wieder und vielleicht eines Tages bleiben wir. Was wir noch cool fänden wäre doch die Möglichkeit : Villa Merry mit E-Bike zu mieten, aber das wäre doch eine riesen Nummer. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass Velofahren hält langsam Einzug in den zypriotischen Alltag und von daher ein Schritt voraus. Darum buchen wir bei VILLAS2LET/Protaras immer wieder und wieder. Soo, lieber Leser nochmals efkaristo für alles und sicher bis bald mit ganz, ganz lieben Grüssen aus Dällikon bei Zürich Denise et Nicolà Schild

Wonderful escape from lockdown :)

This was the second time we stayed at villa Merry and we enjoyed our short vacation very much. While the level of cleanliness of the house was acceptable, the outdoor area would have needed more care, especially in the area close/under the garden furniture. Other than that we were very satisfied and we will probably rent the villa again!

You get what you see. No misleading or outdated photos in the site. The place was easy to find and in a very good location. Clean and well organized. In case you will need to work remotely the internet connection is above average - VDSL (I think i've read a bad review regarding that's why i'm mentioning it). Nearby you will find any store that you might need and some of the most beautiful beaches in the island.
