IMPORTANT NOTE: The Lucky Duck is situated in a quiet, family-centered neighborhood with 24-hour security patrols. No parties or loud gatherings are allowed. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am and are strictly enforced. Violations of quiet hours can result in the cancellation of the remainder of your booking without a refund. Respectful, neighborly conduct is essential for booking The Lucky Duck.
Pet Policy:
• We are pleased to welcome up to 1 well-behaved dog to our property. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per stay.
• Any unauthorized pets on the property will incur a fee of $300.
• Guests are financially responsible for any and all damage caused by their pet, including but not limited to additional cleaning fees.
• Guests agree to hold the host harmless from any liability related to their pet's actions or behavior.
Please note:
• Please clean up after your pet both inside and outside the property.
• Dogs are strictly prohibited from being on any furniture at any time. We appreciate your understanding in keeping our furniture clean and free of pet hair for all guests.
• Please keep your pet leashed when outside the property.
• If your pet causes any disturbances to neighbors, you may be asked to leave the property without a refund.

Guests have the whole home and property to themselves. Guests have access to all the member amenities of the lake.
There is no direct water access from the home, as the property is adjacent to the lake but not waterfront. The closest waterfront access points are the dam, near the playground (.3 mi, 8 min walk) or the boat launch at the end of the lake (.5 mi, 10 min walk).
The closest beach to the house is Cumberland Beach, which is 1.5 mi from the house.
Note - All adult guests must be registered with the front security gate in order to access the property. Registration will take place at the time of booking.

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, we are required to provide the following disclaimers:
Bunk Bed/Loft Bed: Please be aware that the home contains a bunk bed/loft bed. Guests agree to use it at their own risk and will hold the Host(s) harmless for any damage and/or injury resulting from its use. Guests shall be liable for any damage caused to the bunk bed/loft bed.
Hot Tub: The property features a hot tub for your relaxation. Guests agree to use it at their own risk and will hold the Host(s) harmless for any damage and/or injury resulting from its use. Quiet Hours: Please be advised that our residential neighborhood maintains 24-hour security patrols and strictly enforces quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am. It is of utmost importance to be considerate of our neighbors and adhere to these regulations. Failure to comply with these rules may lead to the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
