Our check-in is at 4PM. On days when a guest checks-out at 11AM and checks-in at 4PM, and a guest requests an early check-in, we try to accommodate, however, if we cannot the standard 4PM check-in applies, which is what took place here. After a guest checks out we clean and inspect the unit every time, to ensure our guest experiences the best possible stay. We believe guests feedback is constructive, and we will look to better improve our communication.

To clarify, the condo is equipped with live streaming channels, including news and sports, accessible through the YouTube TV app. We'll ensure future guests are aware of this option to avoid any confusion. Regarding the fireplace and the outdoor fire table, both are fully functional, and we regret the handyman did not arrive as promised. We will address this with our team to ensure better follow-through in the future. We appreciate your suggestion about providing clearer instructions for appliances.
