UNCW just around the corner, Wrightsville Beach and the historic district only a quick drive away - you are in the PERFECT spot close to everything you need -while enjoying this peaceful setting.

Conveniently access the Cross City Trail through the private backyard gate The front unit on property might be occupied by owner or their guests, therefore the drive-way and backyard might be shared at times. Main house (sleeps 8) may be rented together with this property.

We love this place and this was our second time staying here. Perfectly located between the river district and the beach. Everything you need/want is super close as well. Clean, cozy, and relaxing in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay again.

Peaceful stay

We stayed at Jody’s place as part of a stop on a longer trip. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming when we arrived. The property was beautiful and well maintained, with a garden atmosphere. The house itself was stocked with everything we could need and was super clean. Overall, it was a perfect place to stop along our way, and we appreciated the peaceful environment!

Nice garden

Nice spot for close stay to uncw. A little interesting as you are in the backyard of a house in a pool house of sorts. There are some college age kids in nearby house which is to be expected they didn’t make much noise.

Quiet and quaint!!

Nice little quiet place. The Bed slept really well and that’s always one thing I look for because most place I go to my back hurts the next day, the bedroom got really dark so you could sleep in if you wanted to. Overall had everything you need for two people to enjoy a quiet getaway.

We were in town for a college visit at UNCW. This rental was only about seven minutes away from the college, and only about a 12 minute drive to the beach. The location is perfect and the place is adorable. Loved every bit of it

Nice quote stay in Wilmington very near UNCW

Nice stay in Wilmington. The greenway is literally at the back of the property so very easy walk to UNCW. It was clean and quiet. Nice for one to two people for a stay in the Wilmington area. Very close to all the places I wanted go including restaurants, campus, grocery stores, and beach. Checkin was very easy.

Wilmington Wonderland

This isn’t a large space but definitely adequate for a small family. Owner was timely with responses. This quaint and a cottage like home was perfectly appointed and cozy. King size bed was a dream and so was the shower. We appreciated the tiny details, like extra blankets and throws, family games like uno and cards. We can’t wait to be back! Thank you

Garden Oasis

This was the perfect little rental for my husband and I. The location was great, very centrally located between the river and ocean. The property was neat, clean, and very nicely decorated. The outdoor space was very nice, just make sure you have bug spray (at least in the summer). We will definitely stay here again when we visit our daughter!

Cute (Very Little) Bungalow

This is a cute, but tiny, bungalow tucked away in the back yard of someone's house. It's the perfect size for a party of 2. However, what's not so perfect is the strong smell of marijuana that is being grown (and smoked) very near by. Please also install some sort of lighting on the pathway that leads from the driveway to the bungalow. It is extremely dark when coming back after dark. It would be much more comfortable with path lighting of some sort. The interior of the house was very cute. Neat and tidy, but it definitely needs more aeration inside. There is a strong musty odor inside the house that needs to be addressed. Please also treat it for bugs. We saw several cockroaches inside during our stay. Overall our stay was fine. Communication with the property owner was good. Very responsive and friendly. We would not likely stay at this location again, because of the the strong marijuana smell and musty odor inside the house.
