The home was everything we could have asked for and advertised as. Beautiful space, wonderful location with all the extra amenities included made for a very comfortable vacation rental for our four generation family. Any and all questions were quickly addressed by the hosts. We would absolutely recommend this location and would love to return

Clean house, responsive host

We had a great time. House was clean with working washer/dryer and dishwasher, and enough detergent for our stay. There were plenty of towels for all of us (8 people total). 2 of the bedrooms were full of bunk beds so I'm not sure it's a great fit for more than 2 families at a time. The water filter in the fridge for drinking water had not been replaced, which I hope they fix before the next guest gets there.

This place was absolutely beautiful! Super clean and walking distance to “The Big Chill.” We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for vacation! We definitely will be coming back soon and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay down by the beach!

Well located and Convenient Walkable Amenities

The location is an open downstairs concept with bedrooms upstairs. Works great for families. Across from the Big Chill which has great options for families. The zero entry pool is across the street and just a couple blocks from the beach access.

Beautiful Property

This house is literally steps from the Big Chill and the main pool across the street. Open concept on the main level with plenty of space to gather. We were also very impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was! Bedrooms upstairs were very nice and really appreciated the laundry space and amenities. Lastly, we had several beach items to choose from during our stay. Highly recommend this property!

Amazing time!!

We had a wonderful time in the property. The management is amazing and the house is perfect. Great location and amenities. Clean and comfortable house for our two families. Access to great beach nearby. The management is very responsive and they answered very quick to our needs. I will recommend this anytime!!!

Location, Location, Location

Like any real estate purchase, location trumps all other factors. Sea-Renity has it all—the proximity to the Big Chill, the Swimming Pool across the road, and the ability to park cars and walk to the Big Chill and all its offerings make this home an excellent choice. The two "Master" suites made our two families comfortable, and the bunk rooms allowed our kids to "be together." The Kitchen was well stocked, and we cooked our evening meals there. From the utensils to the china to the prep bowls, this house had it all. The gathering space—the kitchen, living room, and dining room—plus the outdoor deck allowed our large family to be together. Morning coffee to experience the daily sunrise on the front deck was priceless. Amy from Coastal30A was invaluable in responding to any questions we had. Beach towels were provided, which was much appreciated, and one less item to pack for our trip. The large washer and dryer for laundry were helpful for the entire stay. We will be back, and Sea-Renity will be our "go-to" home. Kim

Family Getaway

This house was great for you families to meet at. Location was outside some of the busier/traffic areas. The pictures do not do the first floor justice. The kitchen, living room, dining room area is massive to entertain hangout and visit.

Sea-Renity was great!

We enjoyed staying at Sea-Renity. The house is absolutely beautiful with all things thought of that you could need while traveling. The kitchen was fully stocked. Beach towels provided were also a nice addition so we did not have to rent them or buy them. Perfect location across from The Big Chill and close to the two community pools. Thank you for a great stay!
