Detalles - En la primera planta hay 3 dormitorios, 2 de ellas con camas de matrimonio. El es también una habitación con literas con 2 juegos de literas en el primer piso. La segunda planta tiene 3 dormitorios de matrimonio y un baño compartido con 2 salas de estar y un balcón con vistas a la zona de la piscina con pequeñas vistas al mar.

La casa está a pocos pasos de la playa a pie de nuevo. Es esencialmente un bloque medio. Sólo tiene que caminar por un terreno baldío al lado de la casa y el paseo por está ahí. Es fácil de detectar. Es walkover '95'.

La mesa de billar, como se muestra en las fotos se encuentra en el garaje.

Esta es la casa se encuentra en lo que la mayoría considera el 'West End'. La hay condominios gigantes cercanas, menos tráfico y playa mucho menos concurrido.

Para comer, hay un sinfín de opciones en Rosemary. Cerca de tres cuadras de distancia hay un Winn Dixie, un CVS y un Publix.

Pier Park está a unos 10 minutos en coche.

Ok, just not what we wanted

Great location across the street from the beach but the house itself felt like a frat house. No frills, plenty of space but dirty and not well maintained. Most of the bedrooms didn't have closets and there were holes in walls. For what we spent we were hoping for more but we made the best of it.

Rainy Days turned into Sunshine

This house was great we visit florida in March for spring break. We had enough room for everyone. Each room was a nice size and everything was nice and clean. The pool was great kids got to enjoy it alittle due to the weather. It was a cold and rainy so we didnt get out much. We could have been sad and gloomy but being in this house hsving fun with family brought sunshine. The host Rob is the best and easy to work with. He also understood when a family member car broke down the day of departure. He was allowing us to stay alittle longer that day until we got everything straight. We will definitely be returning when we make sure we check the weather lol!

Good location

This was a great location and perfect size for 10 of us. The pool was nice as well. Owner is very nice amd easy to work with. Will need to plan on getting things like toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, etc.

Great Place for Large Family Gathering

The family (grandparents and 4 children with their families) visited here in May. The place is amazing and everyone was greatly impressed. The layout is very functional and everyone enjoyed the pool. It is just a short walk to the beautiful sugar white beach. The beach is very clean and we felt safe walking there. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The house was clean and well stocked (with toilet paper and paper towels and bathroom linens). You do need to bring your own beach towels and chairs and umbrella, as well as food and coffee, filters, etc. Although there were some filters there, that was because others had left some behind, can't count on that. The dining table is awesome, and we were all able to eat together. The house has wifi and the rules are actually very easy compared to many others we have stayed at. The only negative was that there was "fuelly" kind of smell in the garage, where the pool table is. It was not unbearable, but noticeable. We did not use the pool table, not because of the odor, just because we were too busy enjoying each others' company otherwise. All-in-all - a great vacation house and I highly recommend it.

Perfect Vacation Home

This was the perfect house for our family! We just came back 2 days ago from Florida and my kids already miss it! The rooms were very spacious, the bathrooms were perfect, and we swam everyday in the swimming pool. The house is located in the perfect spot to walk to the beach. Thank you for letting us rent the house for our first summer trip to Florida Mr. Hester, we cannot wait to go back next year!!

We arrived June 6th 2015. The home was beautiful and gave us plenty of space to not be on top of each other. Having 4 bathrooms was wonderful! There could have been a few more items in the kitchen and there was no net for the pool to remove bugs but those were the only downs to the house. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back in a couple years. Thank you Rod for sharing you house with us.

Girls Retreat.

I arrived here April 17th for the Seabreeze Jazz fest and was pleased with the choice I made for our girls weekend. The place was in great shape, clean and very roomy. It housed all 13 of us with no problem. Everyone raved about the place, we were able to have our meals together at the huge dining room table. We gathered at the pool and drunk coffee every morning and the walk to the beach was just across the street, a great time was had by everyone. Rod was very accommodating whenever we called he always answered. Thanks Rod, we will be back.
