Had a great stay! Lots of room for everyone to enjoy, enjoyed great games of pool too. Patio was nice, comfy and roomy as well with great ambiance. Didn't get the change to use the fire pit, we didnt bring anything to chop wood to burn but it was nicely set up for use.

Great place. Manuel is very responsive to any questions . There is plenty of room for the six us. Location was perfect! The 4 way diner up the street had great breakfast, including a mountain of country ham. We spent a lot of time on the awesome patio. We enjoyed s'mores by the fire pit on our last night. We cannot wait to stay again. Thank you so much!

Nice getaway

The property is conveniently located near the lake and all it offers and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. Also had a frequent visitor as a Doe and her fawn were in the back yard every day. The pool table was a great touch as it saw a lot of use. The only downside was the water pressure for the showers was very low. I recommend this place for a vacation to Paris Landing.

Hidden Gem

Great place for us! In a quiet area. Nice house with lots of room and modern amenities. Close proximity to Murray where we watched a football game. We had a nice time in Springville, as well. Southside Cafe was a nice find. We will definitely be back.

Fishing trip

We had 3 boats and tow vehicles that proved to be challenging but we were able to make it all work. Property was clean and we had plenty of room for 6 men on a fishing trip to stay comfortably.

Nice older house

Everything was very nice at this house. The only negative thing is that it had a musty odor. After a little airing out it was fine. Everything else was really great. Owners were very good with communications and very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location - Great value!

My siblings and our spouses rented this house for 4 nights. We had a wonderful time! The host was very responsive to all of my emails. The check-in and check-out process was extremely simple. The location was perfect. We found the house to be extremely clean and comfortable. The dining room table was perfect for our meals and game playing. We especially enjoyed the pool table! We had a wonderful time and a memorable experience. Thanks!

Excellent Stay!

We had 4 families stay here for a weekend fishing trip to Kentucky Lake. The house layout worked execellent for us. There was 4 bedrooms- 3 had single king beds and the 4th had a king sz bed along with a bunk bed with full or queen on bottom with twin on top. It also had an extra living room apace with couches. The kids loved the pool table. The kitchen was well stocked and had a lot of room. We enjoyed the back porch and outdoor space daily. We had 4 trucks with boats and fit in parking area fine. There were two bathrooms one on each end of house close to bedrooms. We would stay again!

Perfect!

It was so great! My family is spread out from coast to coast and border to border. Trying to coordinate arrivals and departures of my siblings was like herding cats. Manuel was quick responding to my change requests. There was plenty of room for six of us. It was convenient to Paris Landing, Taylor's Chapel, and all the other places we had scheduled to visit. Weekend Getaway with Friends

This place was a hit! The main room in the house, located in the center, was a large open area with a huge TV, the pool table, seating for several people, a dining table, and the kitchen to the side. This was where we spent most of the weekend, watching TV, playing pool, and hanging out. The three bedrooms we used were all comfortable and included king beds. The fourth bedroom had two large beds and bunk bed, so there's plenty of room! A few good restaurants, including Blues Landing, are just a few minutes away, as is Kentucky Lake and Paris Landing State Park. Paris is less than 15 miles away, so that is an option too if you want to eat out. We had a good time here, and will keep it in mind for future get-togethers.

nice place for a fishing trip

When we arrived the owners were there finishing the cleaning, so the door was unlocked. We could not figure out any way to lock the door when we left. The code did not work. Not really a problem, just an fyi. There is no toaster in the kitchen. The sink in the back bathroom has no handles, it works from hand movement and you can not control the temerature of the water, also it takes a very long time for the water to get hot. There are no instructions for what to do with linnen and towels when you leave. All in all things were clean and most everything we needed was there. The AC worked fine and the location to the lake is great. Plenty of parking and a nice ramp for entering the house. There is a covered porch area that is nice to sit and relax. We would probably go back to the same place. Would like to see the plumbing changed in the back bathroom though with standard hot and cold handles.
