Fabulous Lakeview home with stone fireplace located in Springville / Buchanan

This large lakeview property is breathtaking! The house sits atop a hill with spectacular views of Kentucky Lake and a large front and back yard. The open floor plan is perfect for large families. The living room has a large stone fireplace, elk chandelier and a one of a kind staircase reminiscent of home fit for Yellowstone! The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for entertaining large families or a romantic weekend getaway. The home has a large front porch and two additional private porches off of the downstairs bedrooms perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Or you can cozy up on the large back porch with seating for 6 to grill out or just relax. There is a two car garage so bring your boat (you can put in about a mile away). The property is located about 5 minutes away from Buchanan Resort where boat and watercraft rentals are available.

Its was absolutely Gorgeous!!

The open plan of the house was nice, we were able to be spread out but still all together. The front porch is where its at in the mornings, about 6 am you can see deer at the feeder and right a dusk they come back, Oh that Beautiful sunrise over the lake was surely gods beautiful work!! This will definitely be our spot. The owner was so welcoming. A great time was had by all and These memories will be cherished forever!!!

Lake house

This is our second stay here and we stayed in 2023 and 2025 nice and big quiet place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.we have family that lives here and have a boat in a slip at Buchanans. Gives u a nice view

Family vacation

My husband & daughter & son plus their significant others & I came on vacation, stayed at this beautiful house. It's very well stocked with all essentials you can possibly need, especially the kitchen & all spices & pots too. The yard is big & full of deer to see. This house was big enough for 3 adult couples & still have tons of room in the house. There is a Farmers Market called The Homestead & a Dollar General in town. Theres a Walmart & Kroger about 20 mins in Paris, a Piggly Wiggly in Dover. Looking for Italian food & yummy pizza go to Moustos Pasta & Grill Restaurant in Paris & a Eiffel Tower park to see the tower you can take your car on the ferry over there. Nashville is 2 hours away for a great day trip. There is a nice drive thru Zoo in Clarksville about 1 1/2 hrs away called Tennessee Safari Park. A Mission BBQ in Clarksville about 1 hr away, worth the ride for delicious bbq food. Theres a Fort Donelson National Battlefield in Dover 25 mins away & an Elk & Bison prairie to drive thru. Take a ride to see the Kentucky lake, can go boating or fishing. Would definitely be coming back. Thank you Neely family for letting us stay here.

Perfect Accommodation for Family

My family and I wanted to stay together for my daughter’s wedding In Springville, TN. The beautiful home accommodated all nine of us comfortably. The owner, Keely, was so wonderful and easy to communicate with. She always responded in a timely manner to any questions we had.

The cabin had such beautiful views of the lake. Lots of room for 3 families to stay. We had a great time and hope to make this an annual trip.

Beautiful views

We brought the whole family, including our fur baby Gemma. In total we had 2 adults and 5 children, plenty of space for all. Nice large yard to play and run, beautiful little town just up the rd 10 mins. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend 10/10!!

Great stay!

The property is beautiful with a nearby boat rental. The owners provide some games and extra blankets. Definitely recommend bringing your own spices, sugar, shampoo & conditioner (they leave a 3 in 1 men’s scented), BUG SPRAY, and maybe extra towels because there are no kitchen towels. A great getaway trip though! The view & sunrises at this place are just stunning.

Great home!

This was a great home for a family or group of friends looking to spend time together. We were a group of 6 people and everyone was so comfortable in this home. It was very well kept and the owners were great communicators. This home is about 10 minutes to a boat marina so we definitely recommend renting a boat too!!
