The space
The apartment is located in a downtown historic building, there is a restaurant and wedding venue in the beautiful building. Like any downtown area there is a variety of pedestrian traffic in the area, from nearby offices and restaurants.
Guest access
Guests will access the building with a key fob and access the apartment itself with a unique code. You will need to retrieve a key fob from a lock box prior to accessing the building.
Other things to note:
Two Twin Rollaway beds are located in the bedroom closet to be used in the living room for extra guests. All guests must be disclosed in the booking prior to arrival.
Parking:
Parking is provided in an open/designated lot next to the building. There is no gate. Guests park at their own risks, we are not responsible for theft, damage, to vehicle or contents.
The curtains in the bedroom were too heavy for the wall, they have been removed and replaced with internal window black out roller shades.
Elevator:
If for whatever reason both elevators are not working guests understand they must take the stairs and are okay with that. Listing is located on the 20th floor.
