We welcome you to our 1-bedroom, 1-bath completely renovated oceanfront condo. While enjoying your stay, you'll have private beach access only a few short steps away along with all the resort has to offer, such as Hilton Head's largest oceanfront pool, beach bars and restaurants, pickle ball and tennis courts, fitness center, fishing ponds, bike rentals, and 24-7 around the clock security.

The Space:
Salt on the Rim is the perfect getaway and was completely gutted and renovated in 2022.

Our condo is located at the front of building B on the first floor in the Admiral's Row section, which gives you 2 additional windows with plantation shutters for natural light. There is a queen size bed with barn doors for privacy as well as a smart tv. Located in the hallway outside of the bedroom is a set of built-in bunk beds that is a good fit for most children. The one bathroom includes a tub/shower combo as well as 2 separate vanities with plenty of storage. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you should need (If we forgot something, please let us know!) The family room has a queen size sleeper sofa along with a smart tv. No need to bring linens (except beach towels) since we provide all sheets, towels, wash cloths, bath mat, and kitchen dish towels.

Please note, the cleaning fee includes 1 parking pass. Additional parking passes are available for $25. You must provide us with 24 hour notice for any additional parking passes.

Trip cancellations due to weather are non-refundable. We suggest you purchase trip insurance.

PLEASE NOTE, due to the scheduling of cleaners in advance, we are unable to accommodate any early check ins or late check outs.

Guest Access:
Parking passes can be picked up in the lobby of the first building on the left as you enter the resort property (this building is located before getting to security gate.) Please remember if you need an additional pass, the resort needs a 24 hour notice to prepare.

Getting Around:
Plenty of parking throughout the resort with all areas within walking distance.

Other Things to Note:
DIRECTIONS TO SALT ON THE RIM: Once you are beyond the security gate, you will make a left at the 1st stop sign. Proceed to the next stop sign and make a right onto Ocean Front Boulevard. You will follow this all the way to the back until you see the Admiral's Row sign. You may park on either side of Building B, although we suggest for easier access with rolling luggage, beach buggies and wheel chairs, to park on the side located next to the smaller swimming pool. This is on the back side of the building. There are awnings on both sides of the building indicating Building B and you should enter there.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand there may be situations that arise that may cause you to have to cancel. We have a strict cancellation policy that may prevent you from getting a full or partial refund and we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance during your booking or within 10 days of booking. Insurance can be purchased directly through VRBO.
