This custom-designed house features a hot tub, gas fire pit, and a well-equipped kitchen with double ovens and dishwashers. With five king bedrooms, including two with fireplaces, and a downstairs entertainment area with a pool table, this property offers an unforgettable experience.



The Space:

This large home is set up for families and friends to enjoy each other's company and also have quiet personal space. Many thoughtful extras will add to your enjoyment. Plenty of parking, well supplied kitchen and amenities that will soothe your body after an active day and soothe your soul with amazing views.

Guest Access:

You will have the full use of this home. The garage is a 3-car garage with a long driveway. Parking 8 cars is nice for large groups. Overflow across the street for any additional as well as 72 hour boat parking.



The Neighborhood:

This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Close to walking trails and neighborhood amenities, including swimming pool (open in the summer), basketball hoop, tennis court.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! A car is recommended to explore the area, you'll find ample parking with space for up to 7 vehicles in the garage and driveway. Additional parking for boats is available in designated overflow areas. For those flying in, Ogden-Hinckley Airport (OGD) is about a 25-minute drive away. Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is approximately a 60-minute drive. Public transit options are limited in this area, so ride-sharing services are a convenient alternative.

Awesome stay at this property. Several king bedrooms with attached baths, fireplaces in bedrooms which was great. Perfect for a group with multiple couples or families. The porch had a great view of sunset and sunrise. Private hot tub awesome. Kitchen well stocked. Overall a great stay and highly recommend! The host was very responsive and even helped us get a forgotten item back.

Powder Country

Just returned from a family/friends ski/snowboard trip to Eden, UT. Place was a perfect location, very spacious, super clean, and great hosts. Would definitely book again if we make it back to that area.

Guy's Ski Trip

The house is perfect. There is plenty of room to spread out and take the annoying business call and room to cook and eat as a group. The views from the house are a nice way to start the day. We'll be back!

Beautiful home with stunning views

We loved this beautiful house and its stunning views. It was perfect for our group of thirteen. The house is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We enjoyed the well-equipped and roomy kitchen, large dining table, hot tub, pool table, fireplaces, and the location. Janet, the property manager, was wonderful and great to work with.

Perfect Ski Retreat Near Powder Mountain

This house was the perfect base for our ski trip near Powder Mountain. With five guys in our group, we needed a place that balanced communal space with privacy, and this home delivered. The kitchen was well-equipped and spacious, making it easy to cook meals together. The living areas were comfortable and ideal for hanging out after long days on the slopes. At the same time, the layout provided enough room for everyone to have their own space when needed. Highly recommend it for any ski group looking for a great stay!

Great layout and view
