Retire to the comfort of your primary retreat that features a King-size bed while the secondary bedrooms have Queen-size beds, and the fourth bedroom treats you to bunk beds. Please note this is a second-story condo that requires access by stairs and sleeps six adults, with a 9-guest maximum should you have the little ones (9 adults will not fit in this home, and will not be approved). Also, there is no A/C, like most homes in the coastal area, and pets are firmly not allowed. You will have tandem garage parking for two vehicles. If luxury is a must, then this is the unit for you!

Please note that from June 15-August 17, this property requires a seven night minimum with check-in and check-out on Saturday’s only.

This home is equipped with exterior surveillance as required by the local city officials.

San Diego Beach Rentals and Sales, LLC Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.

A $300.00 cancellation fee will be added to the booking, if canceled before final payment is made 60 days prior to arrival. After final payment is made, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.

Parking is limited throughout the Mission Bay area. Please be sure the vehicle you bring will fit in the designated garage, please contact us with any questions. We highly recommend smaller, sedan type vehicles for this garage. The 2 car tandem garage measurements are: 6ft 7in H x 8ft 1in W x 34ft L.

There is no elevator at this building. This unit is located on the 2nd floor. There are stairs to and from the unit. This may not be appropriate for all groups, so please be sure you are comfortable with this, before booking.
