Perfect for families and small groups, it is designed for both fun and adventure.
Wake up to stunning sunrise views over Gum Lake, sip your morning coffee by the private dock, or spend the day enjoying the sparkling fourteen thousand gallon pool surrounded by lush gardens.
Inside, the home features a thoughtful layout and a variety of sleeping options, including a king bed, queen bed, two XL twin beds, and a twin daybed with a trundle that can be converted into a king, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. There are two and a half bathrooms, each equipped with hair dryers and other standard amenities. The master bath offers two showers for convenience (yes, two- this is not a typo), and the second full bath includes a shower and tub combination stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home cooked meals, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Gather in the spacious dining area or enjoy the lake view from the breakfast nook.
Additional comforts include high speed WiFi, smart TVs for streaming, central air conditioning and heating, a washer and dryer, and plenty of towels, linens, books, and board games for everyone to enjoy.
