Abovedado Penthouse Loft en Canal Intracostero

** Enero, febrero, marzo se reserva para siempre .. La última semana de febrero está abierta. Santa Maria Resort se encuentra en el extremo sur de la isla de Estero. (Fort Myers Beach) Lo más cercano a Key West en el sur de Florida. Esta es una unidad de planta superior para no fumadores, con techos abovedados de 16 pies. Loft con vistas a la sala de estar. Dos dormitorios en planta alta, cada uno con sus propios televisores de baño y de color. Principales características del suelo de la cocina con barra americana, porche, comedor, sala de estar, lavandería y medio baño totalmente equipados. TV por cable / VCR, CD, DVD Ver enlace para visita virtual. NO PERROS Y GATOS! Ver el calendario de la línea. Esta unidad fulls temprano. Hasta un año por adelantado. Tome nota de que los inquilinos de temporada consiguen derecho de preferencia en el próximo año siguiente en esta isla.

Este edificio cuenta con sólo 24 unidades, y cuenta con un diseño solarium abierta.

La unidad está orientada al sur, y tiene una hermosa vista del golfo de enfrente. La playa está justo al otro lado de la calle, a siete millas de largo.

El edificio se encuentra directamente en el canal costanero, y tiene un puerto 36 de deslizamiento, justo al lado de un gran puerto deportivo. (Gran flota de barcos de alquiler)

Complejo tiene spa con hidromasaje, piscina climatizada, máquina de hielo. (acceso a internet) A pie de tiendas, 7 restaurantes, incluyendo licorería, farmacia CVS, y 7-11, metro. Muchas tiendas en la Plaza Santini al lado. Fish Tale Marina está al lado. Buscalo en Google.

Un tranvía de la ciudad pasa cada hora hasta las 10 pm por solo 75 centavos. Uber del aeropuerto cuesta $ 40, solo media hora estás en la playa. Autobús urbano desde el aeropuerto va a la plaza de Summerlin por $ 2. 50 A continuación, saltar en la playa de la carretilla de la playa y unidad.

A wonderful stay

We had a really great time and we loved the unit. It had everything we needed and the bed in the master was really comfortable. We really appreciated things like a cooler, umbrella, and chairs for the beach. Paul, the owner, was great as well. Had some good recommendations and communication was really great. We hope to go back soon!

Relaxing Beach Getaway

We couldn't be happier with our choice for a much-needed Fort Myers Beach vacation! Paul has a beautiful condo in a great location, comfortable, honey, and nicely decorated. Pool was wonderful, hot tub too. Convenient to beach and Publix. Paul always responded quickly to questions we had, great recommendations for food and fun, and even texted and called me. Ready to come back soon!

Wonderful

Paul’s place was clean, the location and proximity to the beach was amazing! He was responsive and friendly to work with. We had kids ages 2, 3, & 6 and they all loved the pool & the condo gave them plenty of space to wander around. Would highly recommend!

Great vacation

Neat, clean, great pool. While across from the beach there are other properties between you and the beach so the view is restricted and you have to walk down the street and across to access the beach. Everything else was excellent.

Location location location

This area of Fort Myers Beach is not part of the hustle and bustle that typically comes with Spring Break. We enjoyed walking to the beach and handing out in Bonita Springs. Had a lovely day at Lovers Key State Park. Don’t let the traffic sway you! We basically used the condo for sleep and breakfast. The weather was amazing. The landlord was responsive with any needs we had

Great little Christmas get away!

Being roughly a year out from the hurricane we were acutely aware that things were still on the mend with the island and many properties, but our stay was great! The condo was clean and very easily accessible. The owner, Paul, was very communicative throughout the process leading up to check in and beyond. We stayed over Christmas and the condo had a tree and decorations. It was a great surprise to have that all there. The kids were excited to have a tree and lights. Made it feel cozy and more like home. Overall, our stay was great and enjoyed our time there.

NEVER AGAIN

So many issues Too many to list here Owner was accusatory rude condescending argumentative and not professional I would if I we’re VRBO not do business with him I will detail the most egregious situation The small bathroom shower curtain had black mold in many/many areas I have pictures When I brought my this to the owner’s attention he told me not to worry He is a mold expert and I had no reason to be concerned His reaction wasn’t acceptable and of course his info regarding mold is ludicrous I told him to google black mold and amazingly after that he said a new curtain would be installed Never once did he ask me for any information about me Having said that I am a senior citizen with respiratory issues Mold can definitely be harmful to me according to my doctor I hope this exposure doesn’t damage my health As I stated when I began the mold situation is the worst By no means was it the only problem I can and will provide more details if anyone cares enough to contact me I think that I’m entitled to some restitution For all that I had to deal with Again will detail if/when contacted Please advise regarding next steps

Wat een leuk appartement is dit! We waardeerden de open aangename leefruimte. Rustige omgeving (weinig bewoners aanwezig in de gebouwen) en een zalig zwembad! Publix supermarkt vlakbij om in de goed uitgeruste keuken te koken!

Nice Condo, Great Location

This is a very nice condo in a clean, quiet building. Paul, the owner, is fantastic to deal with. Great location-far enough away from the busy Times Square area but not too far. 4 min walk to beach. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the master bed is super uncomfortable. I know you don't go to FL to sleep so not the biggest deal....but I would still recommend this rental.

Bring your own bed and batteries

Key holder needs replaced, worn out, down to low. Had to call owner and WE had replace batteries in thermostat upon entering! Bed in MBR has a memory foam on it and is NOT comfortable.. Sugar ants in kitchen and MBR vanity. Dusty. Bad closet doors. Had to wash sheets on way out! If I had to catch a plane, no way would I do that! Its’s a vacation. Waiting on damage deposit way too long! Owner said it’s coming; not here 2days later. Never use VRBO again.

Great location-didnt need a car. All needs local to the condo and Paul was magnificent in telling us where everything was at. Great choices between either the pool or beach.

Absolutely amazing

I spoke with Paul when we had arrived very pleasant and eager to please. What was amazing was that it actually look like someone was living there the supplies were plentiful chairs radios TVs umbrellas it looked as if we owned the place and had been living there for five years. We felt right at home. An abundance of pillows sheets blankets towels we couldn’t have asked for any more
