Este condominio (REG # 20-0047) está ubicado en el famoso Estero Beach Club en Fort Myers Beach. Este condominio frente al mar tiene 2 dormitorios y 2 baños y está bellamente equipado con espectaculares vistas y privacidad. Esta es una unidad central muy deseada que domina la piscina del Club, la playa y el Golfo de México. El dormitorio principal tiene una nueva cama king size y el segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. El salón también tiene un sofá cama queen. Hay dos televisores en la unidad con nuevos televisores de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. WIFI está disponible gratis en todas las habitaciones. Nuestra mesa de comedor tiene capacidad para seis personas y facilita el entretenimiento. Hay un lugar de estacionamiento reservado para esta unidad. Para moverse fácilmente, el tranvía recorre toda la isla y se detiene frente al Club.

El Estero Beach Club tiene la mejor ubicación en la playa. Está a una milla al sur del muelle y el área de Times Square. Está lo suficientemente cerca como para caminar a estas áreas, pero lo suficientemente lejos de las multitudes para estar tranquilo. La biblioteca de la playa está a dos cuadras al sur y presta DVD y CD, así como libros. Hay un supermercado Publix de tamaño completo a aproximadamente 1 milla al sur y un Walmart a una milla de la isla. El vino y la cerveza están disponibles a poca distancia a pie, junto con excelentes lugares para comer, beber o tomar un bollo de canela caliente en una galleta celestial a solo una cuadra de distancia.

La piscina y los terrenos generales de esta propiedad son absolutamente espectaculares. El club cuenta con una piscina recientemente renovada. Great place!

Great location and great value

The location was great and the property itself was in good condition. The pool and view of the ocean was fantastic. All the extras provided for use at the beach were a big hit with out kids and much appreciated! Would book here again.

Great Place

Great location. Quiet but close to walking to Time Square and restaurants. Wonderful layout of the condo. View was excellent. Beach and pool were right there. We would diffently go back! Loved it!

Apartment was perfect, it had everything we need for a fun time at the beach.

Communication was easy and helpful. The apartment was clean and well appointed, understood that items like shampoo etc. were not provided due to COVID. Love the location. Right at the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We will be back.

Refreshing and Relaxing

Property was very clean and condo was wonderful! We certainly enjoyed our stay and will definately return. The June grass was the only problem and gave off a horrible smell like raw sewage. This was only on th last two days of our visit. Nothing the property owners could control.

Fabulous!

This place was amazing! Very, very clean! Great location! Close enough to walk to restaurants, and Times Square but peacefully far enough away from the noise and partying in the downtown area. All of the details were covered. Everything from a towel drying rack on the patio to beach chairs to small cooler to kitchen utensils to plenty of wall outlets to true high-speed internet... Great beach, too! I hate to recommend this place because it will reduce the chances that we'll be able to rebook for future trips. And we'll definitely plan to return. Oh, and the view of the beach was amazing!

Nice stay

This condo was as represented and communication with the owner was quick and easy. Lots of recommendation on local restaurants and attractions and we really appreciated that. We loved that the pool was right on the beach... that was the part that really pulled us in. The staff at the resort, however, leave a lot to be desired. They were not there at check in time to provide our keys and, once the desk attendant did show up, she was very rude to my husband. She also communicated, strongly, with my 7 year old while she was jumping into the pool and then demanded that I tell her to stop, in front of other visitors, even though this is not listed on the pool rules. Overall, it was a nice condo but I wouldn't recommend staying at this resort with children.

Thank you very much for staying with us this year and we appreciate your review of our condo. It is really important that my guests enjoy their stay at our condo and have a truly fantastic vacation. We appreciate your compliments on our condo and the overall property. Communication as that is something I pride myself on so I am happy that you were satisfied with that as well. Sorry for the mix-up with the keys and as you know, as soon as I heard I made some quick calls to get those too you. The complex manager did make an error in not putting those in the lock box but I'm glad we were able to rectify that promptly. In regards to our pool I am sorry you had a bad experience that day. The rules for the pool are designed so that everyone can enjoy the pool and the pool area. Our complex is a mix of owners enjoying their condo, couples coming down for some adult relaxation and families. Its a balance around the pool sometimes to keep an environment where everyone is enjoying their experience. The condo rules, that are emailed out with your reservation and the ones in the condo welcome book, clearly state that there is no jumping, running, cannonballing etc. into or around the pool. Annually we have over 25 families with kids rent our condo and most don't have any issues. Thanks again for staying with us and I wish you and your family a happy finish to 2021.

Great stay!!

Unit was exactly as described. We have always stayed in the busier area of the island and this was a breath of fresh air so quite and a honest family atmosphere. We had no reason to contact the host since everything was perfect from the start. Property is well kept and very nice.

Great vacation spot!

My husband & I stayed 7 days on this property. The location of the condo in the property complex is wonderful. You see the ocean and pool from the lanai, so morning coffee is a treat. Charles is a wonderful host. He quickly replied to any questions. The property management team is excellent. They provide great advice and suggestions, as well as keeping the property immaculate. We made the mistake of not securing travel back to the airport until we got there, and she had several agencies for us to contact. A Better Taxi was great, and we will use them next time. The beach is white and clean and goes on for miles. We saw dolphins and beautiful birds on our 4-mile morning walks. The condo is equipped with everything you need, except a beach umbrella. You are able to purchase small umbrellas at a hardware store close to the condo complex for a minimal fee. We didn't rent a car, so we mainly stayed within a five-mile radius of the property. We were able to walk everywhere. It would be great if there was a convenience store closer to the condo, but the walk is manageable. Publix is a 1.5-mile walk, and Uber eats is available if you choose to take advantage of it. Restaurants are abundant. The Mexican restaurant close to the complex was the only one we wouldn't recommend. We went to Junkanoos, The Whale, Hoosiers, Mom's Breakfast spot (YUMMY!) and The Salty Crab. They were all great! We kayaked at the Mound House, which is a short walk from the property. The tour took 2 hours and was just the right amount of time for us. Clothing is VERY casual. We packed way too many clothes. There is a laundry room on the complex, and we took advantage of it. Next time our suitcases will be much lighter :) This was a great vacation spot and if available in the future, we will definitely revisit.

April 9th-16th

We had a great time staying here. Everything was clean and in order. The kitchen was well stocked and Charles was easy to communicate with. The location is also great as it is peaceful on this part of the beach but only a short walk to all the restaurants and activities.

Close to everything

We had a wonderful vacation. The property was close to everything. We walked to all the restaurants downtown and biked everywhere else. The beach was quiet and clean. The pool was great! The condo was the perfect size. it had everything we needed.

This is accurately represented in the photos. The view is awesome day or night. Location also was great. Close enough to walk but also quiet. Would absolutely stay again

Best of FMB

We loved Estero Beach Club. The location was perfect. Best oceanfront view, amazing sunrises and sunsets, easy access to beach. In the quieter part of FMB but so very close that we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to be. Nice upgraded unit with 2 beds/2 baths and very well taken care of.

Great family vacation!

Wonderful condo! Easy from beginning to end! Communication with owner was easy and prompt. The condo was clean and comfortable! The pool and view were phenomenal! We had a great stay as a family of 4! The other guests so nice and fun to talk to. Would definitely recommend this condo! Fort Myers is beautiful! They have the most beautiful sunsets!

We loved our stay @ Estero Beach Club! Everything we needed for our family vacation was on site...lots of beach chairs and umbrella provided! Place was very clean when we arrived and the beach front was amazing! Will definitely be back to the Beach Club! Thanks for having us great trip

Summer trip

The location was great but unfortunately we had a ton of algae that collected in a section that became a separate wading pool on the beach. It was super stinky at night. And the beds and pillows were not the most comfortable but other than that, everything was great. They had plenty of beach toys/chairs and extra coolers which was nice. The kitchen was well equipped as well. Would definitely recommend to older adults without children.

Thanks for your review and I'm glad you and your family had a great stay. We work very hard to provide a condo with many upgrades and truly want our guests to have a great vacation!! In regards to the beach this is a little out of my control as mother nature will throw you a curveball every once in a while. Fort Myers beaches is rated as one of the top beaches in Florida every year so we expect this to hopefully be a temporary phenomenon. The mattresses and pillows are all new within the last year. Mattress firmness is very much a personal preference so I think its impossible to be perfect for everyone in this area. With that said we will provide some additional pillows to offer an option to try and meet all our guests needs. Thanks!!

This is our favorite location to stay on our annual girls vacation! Calm, peaceful and quiet.

Very nice condo unit. Mostly updated and very comfortable. Had everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Will definitely rent this unit again.

Nice unit - but condo complex not kid friendly!

I have a very mixed review regarding this VRBO rental. The actual condo that we stayed in was very nice! The pictures do not do it justice! It was clean and very spacious, had everything we could have needed from beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, toys, games, cooking utensils, etc. Beds were extremely comfortable. The view from the lanai was beautiful and so relaxing to sit on and listen to the waves. The location was great, within walking distance to Time Square/restaurants, but far enough that the beaches were quiet and not crowded. The actual owner of the condo was very nice and easy to work with through VRBO. I l loved staying in this unit! Now to the downfall - the actual condo complex. I wish I could recommend this condo, but if you have children coming with you, I absolutely would not. This is not a kid friendly place. A few of the locals living there/management were definitely not into costumer service or children. They made us feel like they were watching our ever move and any move we make, we could be scolded by them. It was not a relaxing feeling to have on vacation!! There were ALOT of rules! Pools close at 'dusk' according to them - however, every night the gates were locked by 8:00. It would have been nice for my kids to have been able to have a night swim after dinner. And don't even think about your kids getting near the hot tub if they are under 12. We got screamed at from a man in the balcony about it and then he felt he needed to come down to lecture us about the health risks to our children and talk down to us about maybe we needed to educate ourselves on it. So disrespectful - especially to do right in front of my kids. There is rope in the pool and anytime my children would touch it, they would get scolded. The list goes on and on and on and on. It was like walking on eggshells and having eyes on you the entire time and unfortunately was a horrible experience.

Thanks for the very nice comments about our condo and all of the upgrades that we have made. We take a lot of pride in our place and love to stay there ourselves. Every year we put a lot of money back into the unit to keep it up to date and make it a better stay for all of our guests. I am sorry that you had issues at the pool. We have many guests of families with kids that stay with us every year and lots of families stay at the complex. Complaints are not common at all from my guests but they do happen from time to time. The condo association does enforce the rules which are sent via email, posted in the condo and posted in the hot tub and pool area and kids under 12 are not allowed in the hot tub. I am sorry that this affected your stay at our condo as we truly want everyone to have a great getaway when staying with us.

Beautiful view of the Gulf and sunsets!

Our condo has had updates done to it, however the bathrooms really need updated. The shower heads are very old.

Owned by two brothers that grew up on the beaches of southern California. Their family moved East when they were young adults but they never lost their love for the beach. Both brothers like to enjoy their beach properties throughout the season so the unit is always being upgraded for everyone's enjoyment. The brothers also have a wonderful beach house on the famous south Jersey shoreline.

We always loved the beach and it was our dream to someday own a piece of heaven. Our parents traveled to Ft. Myers every year to get away from the cold in upstate New York. We also enjoyed this area so decided this is where we would purchase our slice of heaven.

The Estero beach club is an intimate condo complex with around 50 units. It is beautifully manicured with a great pool and the best views on the island. the location is perfect as its within walking distance of town but far enough away so that you will be away from the crowds when you want some time to relax.
