We absolutely loved this beautiful home just steps away from downtown. It was so nice being able to walk into town to the Woodstock brewery for dinner. The location is perfect—only about 3 miles from Loon Mountain—and the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable.The kitchen was fully equipped, and the rustic décor gave the home such a cozy, welcoming feel. The large family table was perfect not only for meals but also for game nights. We brought our own games, but after seeing the huge selection available, we really didn’t need to!The bathroom was spotless and felt very luxurious, especially the overhead shower with excellent water temperature. Rebecca was incredibly helpful when we arrived, making sure we were settled and comfortable right away. It’s always refreshing to stay at a VRBO where the owner genuinely cares about your vacation experience.All in all, I’d give this place 5 stars times two. Our only complaint was that it was time to go home—LOL. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was our second trip to the Woodstock / Lincoln NH area. This home far out-shines others we looked out and rented. The property is walking distance from eating establishments in town, and minutes away from great outdoor activities such as hiking, ziplining and wall climbing.The home was spotless, with a new kitchen and bath as well as new paint, furniture and refinished floors. Rebecca is a great Host and answered our questions right away.

Place was great. Close to downtown. 5 minute walk. Big yard. Just as described, with pictures. If we were coming back to the area, this is where we would stay. Easy communication with landlord.

Our stay was great it was a perfect size for our family and pups! We loved how close we were to restaurants and other places of leisure! I would definitely recommend this place as the host was great at communicating with whatever we needed!

My wife and I and my dog enjoyed three nights at Rebecca's house. The house was as advertised on VRBO. Rebecca encouraged me to have my dog enjoy some of her dog treats and toys during our stay. It was a short walk to a couple dog friendly restaurants. My dog and I enjoyed walking the neighborhood and meeting several other dogs.

It was the perfect location! A few bumps ! That we worked out w/owners, perhaps not possible , but a dishwasher, as not sure how clean dishes/glasses might be( we washed all before using) otherwise nice place! Neighbors very nice , picnic table could maybe be replaced???

Weekend getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Rebecca's property in North Woodstock! The cabin was clean, pet-friendly, and just what we needed for a long weekend getaway! The location is perfect for hiking in the White Mountains while also being super close to N. Woodstock and Lincoln with plenty of restaurants and fun activities.

Perfect location!

We had a great weekend stay! The house was perfect for our family of four. Very cozy with plenty of room to spread out. We had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. The location was close to everything! What a convenient spot. We hope to visit again next winter.

Great location and great house!

We spent a weekend here and it was the perfect location for easy access to the ice castles and Loon and walking distance to Main Street was an awesome perk we didn’t realize when booking until we got the address! Everything about the house was very clean, orderly, and well equipped for us to do everything we wanted including many toys and eating utensils for our toddler. We discussed coming back in the summer when it would be possible to use the firepit and enjoy the yard space. Couldn’t have booked a better spot for our stay, we’ll be back!

Wonderful place to stay!

The home is central to everything in Woodstock and very close to Lincoln center. We had a great time and will absolutely be back. Hosts are very responsive to questions and ready to assist at anytime!

Wonderful home!

The home is immaculate with every amenity you could think of. It is beautifully decorated from high end furnishings down to the hardware. Many thoughtful touches including for children. We were two couples who meet up in North Woodstock, NH every year to ski. The home is close to everything and walkable to some great restaurants and breweries. Highly recommend!

Great Mountain Getaway

Clean, welcoming, super location

Rebecca’s place is super clean, and it felt like home. Stocked with everything you might need. Loved the quiet neighborhood location, around the corner to the best restaurant, Woodstock Inn. Will definitely book again if passing this way!

Excellent location, very clean and well supplied

The house was as advertised. It is in an excellent location and the interior was clean, well maintained and well stocked. On a quite street but just a five minute walk to North Woodstock Village. Close to Loon and Lincoln. Very close to Franconia Notch, Clark's Trading post, Wales Tales... Lot of great hiking trails close by. Rebecca was very responsive to our inquiries.

Last minute family vacation

I booked this very last minute for our family to be able to spend time together before the school year starts and we had the best time. The house was set in a quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to downtown. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded within a timely manner.

Fantastic small house in a great neighborhood

Fantastic location and a cute house that easily fit 4 adults, 2 kids and a dog. 5 minute walk to Main Street and a short drive to many attractions. The house was cozy, clean, and well stocked. The neighborhood was very walkable and the neighbors were all friendly. Check in was easy and the host left a nice guide book with all rules and local places to visit. Would definitely stay again.
