Sip a cool beverage on the large, ocean side deck, or play foosball and settle in on the plush living area furnishings after a long day at the beach. Watch your favorite shows on the large flat screen TV from the oversize sectional couch. The large, white kitchen is fully stocked with serveware, cookware, small appliances, large appliances including 2 refrigerators, and all the necessities to cook and serve meals to the whole family. Kitchen flows into the dining area that seats 6. Additional seating for 4 is just off of the living area to dine or play games. Challenge your kids or the big talker in your group to a friendly game of foosball. Head out onto the deck that is partially covered to relax with an ocean view while listening to the waves and feeing the sea breeze.

Wake up in your queen bed in the large master bedroom which has access to the deck and privacy via your own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 2 also houses a queen bed. It acts as a second master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower. Guest bedroom 3 is perfect for the kids with two twin beds. Sleep 2 additional guests in the bonus room with two twin beds. Guest bathroom 3 includes a tub/shower off the hallway. All high-quality linens and bath towel sets are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home.

Should you find yourself needing to work on your vacation, a desk and chair can be found in the dining area and master bedroom for you to comfortably set up your workspace. Free Wi-Fi is provided and TVs in every bedroom. Please keep in mind that we are on an island, so we ask that you read our Internet clause in our guest agreement.

Go into the Folly Beach downtown area, just 1 mile away, to wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Find the local and tourist favorite, the Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photos!

Just a short, 25-minute drive will have you to historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Here you will experience world-class dining, swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more. There is parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway and under building area. Additional vehicles must find off-street parking where available and follow the City of Folly Beach rules. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am.

This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
