Luxury in a Prime Folly Location! Walk everywhere!

Our beach house is not only perfect walking distance to the beach and Center St, but it’s full of high end furnishings, appliances and offers two amazing porches!

This fantastic house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 1 half bath, with ample sleeping options with a King, two Full beds, one Queen size bed and two couches. Bathrooms boast gorgeous custom showers & large vanities for everyone to get ready for a night out in Folly. The fully furnished kitchen and living space is a nice open floor plan. Comfy couches and chairs around the large flatscreen TV. Kitchen is stylish with new quartz countertops and a huge island in the middle for cooking and conversation. New stainless steel fridge, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. Unwind on the porch swing with your morning coffee or happy hour on side deck with a picnic table, four cushioned chairs and a smart TV. You and your group will absolutely LOVE this space!! We also added a little bonus with a new JBL bluetooth speaker to set the mood during your stay.

There are parking spaces for four (4) vehicles and a golf cart, if you`d like to bring one or rent one on the island. We also provide beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels during your stay.

* Our guests also receive a complimentary bottle of wine or a mix pack of local craft beer. Please let us know your preference at booking! :) *

Your host will be available by message or phone anytime during your stay, then in person for any emergencies

You can walk anywhere on the island from this house, but if you`d like to explore other areas of Charleston, you may want to rent a vehicle. Uber & Lyft are also here, but it`s not always a guarantee.
- Guests must be 25 or older to book, upload a valid ID and working phone number on the account.
- NO parties, events, or amplified outdoor music.
- NO SMOKING OR VAPING ANY SUBSTANCES INSIDE of the house. You will be charged an extra $500 & your rating will be negatively effected.
- Quiet time outdoors is from 11pm-7am daily.
- NO Pets and NO exceptions UNLESS it`s an assistant/therapy dog WITH official documentation. Please contact the host before booking to discuss.
- Guests will have basic check out instructions such as clearing out the fridge, taking out their trash and starting the dishwasher.
- Any heavily stained sheets, washcloths or towels will incur replacement costs. Please let us know ahead of time if their are any accidents.

Amazing location very clean accommodations

The location was amazing. We could walk to restaurants, the beach and events. House was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Lots of comfortable places to set in the living area. Enjoyed the outdoor porch areas. Definitely a fun place to stay.

Property itself was excellent. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of paper products.Bathroom amenities were well stocked. Unfortunately it rained a lot while we were there…never had a beach day or a time to just walk to Center Street. Did not get to enjoy deck or downstairs due to weather.

Look no further - this is the house you’re looking for! Ideally located a few blocks from the Main Street and a few blocks from the beach. 24-hour market around the block. Screened in porch with a swing for people watching, reading or chatting. So many beach items and a wagon to cart them in. Lovely bedrooms, nice bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable living room with recliners! Oh and a very responsive host! We loved our stay here and felt like we had really lucked out.

Beautiful Property in a Great Location

We had a wonderful time staying at this perfectly located property. Sara (the property manager) was incredible and very responsive to all of our questions leading up to our arrival. The home was exactly as described and was exactly what we were hoping for for our family of 5 (3 kids, ages 9, 5 and 10 months old). Would definitely go back again!

Perfect getaway

This property was just perfect! It was a quick walk into town and to the beach. Everything was very comfortable and felt just like home. There were plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful Folly weather. We highly recommend this home.

This house was advertised as “luxury”. It is by no means that. The house itself is fine, not really decorated however. The upholstered furniture was dirty. The beds are very uncomfortable with foam toppers. The kitchen is not furnished well. The rugs were ratty and dirty.

We Loved It!

This house was PERFECT for us. It was so comfortable, gave us plenty of room to spread out. The wagon, cooler and beach chairs came in handy on our beach days. You can't beat the location. Close to Bert's and all the stores/restaurants. Hope to come back again some day!

Beautiful hime

We enjoyed relaxing in the home during our visit to the area. Everything was as advertised. The house was well stocked and clean. We saw all the beach items provided, such as a cooler, beach towels and beach toys but our weather was too cold to make use of the stuff. It was easy walking to shops and restaurants from the house which was the main reason we picked the house.

Perfect long Memorial Day weekend stay with our adult kids!

This house was an absolute FIND! So close to the beach, and the restaurant and shops. A perfect location for a lazy weekend of beach time and walks to coffee and dinner. The screened-in front porch was the ideal place to sit and have breakfast every morning, or cocktails in the evening. Sara was incredibly responsive and well-attuned to our request for local brewery ideas! Everything was amazing, and should we ever return to the Charleston area, this is the only place we'd stay! Thank you!!

Perfect location!

The pictures on the website are spot-on. The house, rooms and property was VERY clean and truly spotless. The location was superb. Had I known how close we were to EVERYTHING, I would’ve not rented a golf cart. We extended a long weekend in Charleston to check out Folly Beach. We chose this property because of the: short access to beach ( barely 2 blocks), # of beds, screen porch, outdoor sitting area, grassy area for football & soccer, gas grill, driveway parking AND all the beach gear! It was perfect!

Look No Further

I just stayed at this location July 12th 2023. Had never been to Folly, but had a spectacular vacation with the family. House had everything needed/very clean and was walking distance to beach and restaurants. Bert’s is around the corner very convenient since it’s the main grocery/marketplace on the island. Don’t hesitate to book this 5Star location! Sara was a great host. Very responsive on any of our requests/checking in etc.
