This luxurious villa with teak furniture inside and outside has a beautiful private pool with stunning ocean views and sleeps up to 8 people.
The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space.
This villa has 4 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom (3 ensuite).
3 bedrooms with King size beds and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds.
Several lounge areas inside and outside, 2 dining areas (1 inside - 1 outside) and of course all the lounge chairs outside on the deck to enjoy the sun, the breeze and the incredible views!

When arriving at this villa you will drive in to your parking. Enough space for 3 cars. Just a few steps will bring you to the front door of the villa or around the house to the deck with the best view you will ever have.
The pool is surrounded by lounge chairs and an outside dinner area with BBQ.
Opening the door will bring you in to the large open plan living room. The open kitchen with bar area has every appliance you might be looking for to prepare a delicious dinner inside or prepare everything for a nice BBQ dinner.
A dinner table completes this area.
Some guest can watch TV while others can enjoy a nice conversation or some quiet time.
The 4 bedrooms are all situated on the left hand side of the living room.
3 bedrooms have a King size bed, the fourth has 2 twin beds. 3 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. the last bathroom is situated across from the bedroom.
walking out of the living room you will find a large dining room table with 10 chairs, a bbq and after this another lounge area and lounge chairs for you to enjoy the breeze, the sun and the gorgeous views.

Pelican is a quiet neighborhood just around the corner of all action you might be looking for. Super close to casinos, restaurants and for instance the Red Piano. Of course the beach is at minutes walking distance too. Wether you want a quiet vacation or want to enjoy all the excitement of the island both is possible while staying in this beautiful villa with breathtaking views.
There are so many things to do in less than a 5 minute walk or drive.
Of course you can rent a car as there are so many places to visit at both sides of the island. We have a gated parking too!
Numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, activities, marinas with ferries to other islands are close to home. There are shops, spa's, a golf course, marinas with ferries to other islands, water sports and a movie theater. The capitols Philipsburg on the Dutch side and Marigot on the French side offer duty free shopping and local markets. Visit Pinel Island for a great day on the beach or go to Grand Case for a French dining experience. One of the things St Maarten is famous for is the sight of the planes landing on Juliana airport. Just past the airport you will find the famous Sunset Beach Bar and Driftwood bar where the planes practically land on your head.
