This inviting 3-bedroom bungalow offers the perfect blend of comfort and style to suit your family vacation. The spacious open-concept layout with Spanish-style terracotta tile creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a day of adventure.

The living area features a cozy sectional sofa with pullout sleeper, large flat-screen smart TV, and corner reading nook. The well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, modern appliances, a coffee/tea station, and all the essentials for the home chef. The adjacent dining area with seating for six provides an intimate space to enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones. If you need to work, the dedicated workspace has a sturdy desk, chair, and high-speed Wifi for your convenience. Sip your morning coffee in the sitting area beside the workspace, while take in the beautiful views of the backyard oasis through the French doors.

Each bedroom is beautifully appointed with modern amenities to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. The primary bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, nightstands with lamps, mirrored walk-in closet, dresser, smart TV, and ensuite bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a plush king-sized bed, nightstands with lamps, mirrored closet, and smart TV as well. It is conveniently located right next to the main bath with large vanity and shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has twin-over-double bunk beds, providing a flexible option for additional guests or kids. Each bath is stocked with quality linens and basic toiletries. The convenient laundry room has a washer, dryer, and countertop folding space to help you stay refreshed and organized.

We are located in the desirable Cove neighborhood of Deerfield Beach, a waterfront enclave with direct access to the Intracoastal waterways. Boutique shopping, excellent dining, and pristine beaches are all within walking distance, and several other vibrant downtown centres are only a short drive away!

House Guidelines:

1) Sleeping capacity is 6. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
2) Parking includes 2 driveway spaces only. Do not park on the grass or the street.
3) No smoking or vaping inside the house or on the property.
4) No parties or events. No loud noise after 9pm. As per city rules, quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am. Please respect our neighbors and the community.
5) Please keep all windows and doors closed to ensure optimal function of the air conditioner.
6) Pool is serviced twice a week. Pool cleaners and landscapers may visit the property for quick maintenance during your stay.

Other Notes:

You’ll have full access to the entire home (except the garage) and fenced-in private backyard with a pool.

Self check-in is available via personalized door code. Early check-in is available upon request.
