Great Time at This Tampa Home!

We had a great time at this Tampa home. Spent most of our days enjoying the backyard patio and pool. Our evenings relaxing inside. The game room was amazing! The nearby restaurants had a variety food. The bedrooms were comfortable and had plenty of room to feel at home for a few days. The house was clean when we arrived and had all the amenities we needed. Would stay here again!

Great getaway!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pool and spa were fantastic and a perfect way to spend our time during the day. We also loved having access to the video games and even got some exercise in on the elliptical machine, which was a nice bonus. The location was ideal for everything we had planned, making it super convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Long weekend get away with friends

Everything at this property was as advertised and exceeded my expectations with how well the communication with the host/management team was. Responses were quick and prompt. I went with 6 of my best buds and the place was perfect for our needs. The heated pool was great, the kitchen had all cooking hardware needs, plenty of towels stocked. The location was well located to get around Tampa. I can't say enough good things about the property and their team. Would totally come back and recommend.

We stayed at this property (booked through Emperor Rentals) and encountered a long list of unresolved maintenance and safety issues throughout our trip. Within the first day of settling in, we found a pre-existing crack in the closet wall of the queen bedroom and reported it immediately with photos. The bedroom with four beds had only sheer curtains, offering no real privacy from outside. The hot tub took several hours to fill on arrival, and we were given conflicting answers about whether we could use it after 10 PM — first told yes, then no, then it was allowed again only after we pushed back. We later learned it wasn’t actually a hot tub, just a gently-jetted spa, which wasn’t disclosed upfront. The spa also failed to heat past 93F for a significant portion of our stay, well under the advertised setpoint. The most serious issue: a bed in the downstairs bedroom kept coming apart because a screw wouldn’t stay secured, and it eventually collapsed while our children were on it. Thankfully no one was seriously hurt, but it could have gone very differently. We also dealt with a shower head that kept falling off in the downstairs bathroom, a broken can opener that halted meal prep, and loose exposed wires left outside that posed a hazard to our kids and pet.To their credit, Emperor Rentals responded to each message and sent maintenance out, but the sheer number of issues — several of them safety-related — significantly impacted our vacation. We requested a partial refund and we

We're truly sorry this stay didn't meet the standard you deserved, and we're grateful you reported every issue so clearly. The downstairs bed frames have been inspected and secured, the spa heating and labeling have been corrected, the shower head replaced, the exposed outdoor wiring made safe, and the privacy curtains and wall repair have been taken care of. Thank you for your patience and for understanding while we got this right. We'd love a chance to welcome your family back, and we'll apply a return discount on your next stay — just message us and we'll take care of it. 👑 Emperor Rentals ❤️
