Escape to this charming remodeled 2BR/1BA Wedgwood retreat, in the heart of NE Seattle, complete with a spacious fenced yard, open layout living and dining area, with original hardwood floors throughout. Enjoy cooking in the stylish renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and shaker cabinets. The multiple large picture windows provide plenty of natural light, and the location is unbeatable - just minutes from the Burke Gilman Trail, Seattle Children's, University of Washington, University Village Shopping and UW Medicine.

· Booking Requirements: Guests must be 25 or older to book, provide a government-issued ID, sign a rental agreement, and pay a refundable security deposit (up to $500). Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card.
· Landscaping & Pest Control: Our landscaper visits every other week, and pest control is scheduled monthly. We do our best to avoid scheduling these services during guest stays, but exact timing can’t always be guaranteed.· No Parties or Events: To ensure a quiet and respectful environment for all, we have a strict no-party policy. Violations may result in cancellation and removal from the property.
· Security: For your safety, exterior security cameras (floodlight) with audio are in use on the property.
· Guest Responsibility: By booking, guests agree to accept full responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur during their stay.
Simple Checkout Instructions:
· Leave used linens on the bed.
· Place towels in the laundry basket—no need to wash them.
· Load and start the dishwasher.
