Comfort, convenience, and well appointed style await you. Stay in a friendly, walkable community near coffee shops, eateries, and Lake Union's Westlake Marina. This townhouse has ground level entry, expansive windows, a modern kitchen, walk out patio with bbq, upper level bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a furnished rooftop deck with views. Seattle's best attractions, Queen Anne's trendy boutiques and hip restaurants, and easy access to Highway 99 are just around the corner.
Your host resides locally and is available from 7am - 10pm.
Located in the Westlake community of Seattle, near the Western shore of Lake Union, nestled on the lower East side of Queen Anne. Wander on foot to plenty of restaurants, cafes and coffee shops, or take a short ride downtown to experience all that Seattle has to offer. Guest have access to the entire house, ground level patio and rooftop deck. ***The rooftop deck is yours to enjoy exclusively, but is adjacent to the rooftop deck of the neighboring townhome.
Our 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse is especially convenient for groups who prefer the living room, dining area and kitchen on the ground floor. Also great for those who enjoy their bedroom and bathroom space be situated on a separate level from the other bedroom and bathroom.
The entry level has a cozy living room with smart TV, a dining table with seating for four, and a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counters, a gas cooktop and a variety of coffee making options. Sliding glass doors in the kitchen lead to a small enclosed patio with a bbq. Propane tanks and bbq tools are provided.
Take the stairs up one level to a bedroom with queen size bed, closet with organizers, and designated workspace. This level also has a full bathroom with tub, and a separate laundry room down the hall with full size washer and dryer.
On the third level is the primary bedroom with queen size bed, a walk in closet with built-in shelves and drawers, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and oversized stand up shower.
Head up one more flight of stairs to gaze at the Seattle skyline from the spacious rooftop deck, furnished with plush seating, table and chairs, fire pit and an umbrella to shelter from the sun or rain. Watch the sunrise while sipping your favorite Seattle coffee, and catch a beautiful sunset drift behind Queen Anne. ***The rooftop deck can only be accessed through the top floor bedroom.

***Our home has a built in mini split heating and air conditioning unit on the ground floor and in the primary bedroom on the top floor.
***The middle floor bedroom does not have air conditioning.
***The house is equipped with High-speed WiFi and has a workspace in the middle floor bedroom.
***The living room has smart TV for guests to log in to their own streaming app accounts.
***The townhouse is located along a moderately busy street. Traffic noise and urban activity is to be expected during daytime hours. The neighborhood is generally quiet during nighttime hours.
***Designated parking is not available. Parking is only allowed on the street, and does not require a permit or a fee. Parking near the house is typically available, but should not be expected at all times.
***VRBO charges the host a fee to process guest payments for the nightly rate, the cleaning fee, and the occupancy taxes. Due to this fee, which is separate and in addition to a hosting fee, a $10 per night fee will be charged to guests.
Maximum of 4 overnight guests. No more than 2 visitors can come by at any time, but not for extended periods of time, and can not stay overnight.
No parties. No events. No social gatherings. No smoking allowed anywhere within the building. No excessive noise. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.
Please treat our home and belongings with courtesy and respect. Maintain an acceptable standard of cleanliness throughout your stay.

Stayed Easter weekend with my family… Very clean and current. Great location with walkable paths to marina and water. Although it is hilly and with steep steps. Unit had everything needed for a 4 night stay and more. Great little neighborhood store a 2 minute walk for quick snacks and breakfast sandwiches! Host was very responsive!!!

Seattle getaway
We enjoyed meeting friends for the weekend to have some fun. Location was great, yet quite a bit of street noise as it was close to main road with bus route, but nothing some ear plugs can’t handle. Home was super clean and kitchen utensils well stocked!

Seattle Trip
The location of this property was perfect for our trip. Fremont is about a twenty minute walk for nightlife and restaurants and public transportation is available directly across the street for destinations beyond walking distance. Dre is a great host and responds quickly when assistance is needed. Will look to book here again on future trips to Seattle.

Wow what a great place!! Super clean and well appointed. Instructions for check in and check out were clear and the owner was very responsive. Parking is on street and we always found something close. The labeling of items in the kitchen was an added bonus. The bathrooms were clean and beautifully appointed. There were nice books about hikes nearby in the cascades. And the emergency flashlights around the house were great. I thought it might be loud on the street but we had the best sleep in very comfortable beds and noise was not an issue. Would definitely book again

Lovely
Clean and comfortable. Great location for us, since we planned activities at Green Lake, Lake Union, UW, and breweries/restaurants like Gasworks. Loved the rooftop deck. Almost too much climbing for me (age 65) -- two flights to reach the top bedroom, three to reach the deck. The modern design reminded me of flats I've rented in the Netherlands, London, and Denmark, actually. The owners went out of their way to be accommodating. Parking can sometimes be tricky but that's true for many people who live in the neighborhood. It's a residential area but there's a nice little store a couple of blocks away. Worried going in about the traffic noise but it wasn't an issue (on a weekend with perfect weather). Highly recommended.
