The feeling of staying at a Disney resort without paying the price!

The "Grand Floridian" room sleeps 2 guests in a cozy queen size bed. You will recognize the curtains, throw pillow, bed runner, and more.

The "Animal Kingdom Lodge" room sleeps 2 guests in another soft queen size bed. Featuring the resort curtains, bed runner and entertainment center. This room has a master bathroom which has decor from multiple resorts. The shower curtain is from the "Port Orleans" resort and the mirror is from the Boardwalk Villas.

The "Mickey Mouse Club House" bedroom is perfect for your little ones with 2 twin size beds.

The 2 wing back chairs in the living room are also directly from the "Grand Floridian". As well as the beautiful portrait of the resort itself.

Outdoor dining is available on the patio. Dine at the table and sit on the chairs both from the "Contemporary" resort. The table has a leaf for appetizers to snack on by the pool.

The driveway has space for 2 cars. If you have more than 2, please park around the corner of the culdesac.

Service dogs are always welcome!

House was great. Perfect location after spending days at Universal studios came back and relaxed. Everything my son needed was there. Beds were comfy. House and pool were both very clean. Easy check in.

Excellent Small House

The house was perfect for while we were commuting elsewhere, easy to access other roads and in a quiet neighborhood. We weren't there often but beds were comfy and we had no issue finding the place

I cannot recommend this property due to poor maintenance and cleanliness. The front yard is neglected, the backyard was filthy, and we had to clean both the patio and the pool ourselves upon arrival. Exterior lighting was also broken. As an experienced renter, this is my first truly bad experience. Writing this to help others avoid the same frustration.

Wake up to Hot-air balloons sail across the sky as the beautiful Florida sun is rising in the horizo

We had a wonderful time. I booked for guests but stayed with them also. The house was clean, everything was ready to use, no odd smells. Plenty of towels (this is a pool house) We woke to the sounds of Hot-air ballon’s while we were enjoying our morning coffee. My guests are from out of state and they loved everything about the house, the area and were impressed by how close shopping was but yet no Disney traffic. Overall- great location, close to Disney and all shopping. Very clean pool house. I would book again

Would not recommend if you want to be able to relax and have a nice peaceful vacation.

The fan in the master bedroom is broken and doesn’t work. None of the bedroom tvs worked! The host stopped responding when I reached out about the tvs. The next door neighbors have birds that they keep outside in a cage from the time you wake up until bedtime and it squawks very loudly which makes it impossible to enjoy the pool.
