Thanks for your kind review. Sorry to hear you found parking limited. Since there are no assigned parking spaces for each villa, if a guest comes in late at night, the spaces right in front of the villa may sometimes already be occupied by neighbors. But, guests usually have no problem still finding parking somewhere in the long open parking lot...even if it's a few doors down, or on the opposite side of the street. Happy to hear you otherwise enjoyed your stay at the villa! Thanks for following the House Rules and also securing the villa with the alarm when exiting the property! We would definitely host your family again.

Brenda, thank you for your 5star review. Sorry to hear you didn't feel comfortable leaving the kids in the pool for security reasons. Our check-in instructions do put guest on notice that the pool cleaners come on Tuesdays so that’s the only time we request the backyard entry not be locked to allow them access to clean and sanitize the pool for guests. In any event, glad to hear you and your family had a very enjoyable stay at our home overall!

Malcolm, we were very shocked to learn a recent guest left bedbugs in one of the bedrooms. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. As owners, we take the cleanliness of our property very seriously as evidenced by all 5 star reviews in this category previously. Rest assured, as soon as we were notified of this issue we had pest control inspect and remediate the issue immediately! We also replaced the affected mattress and all the bedding with brand new ones to leave no doubt the issue has been completely resolved. Please accept the guest rental fee credit provided as a courtesy accommodation for any inconvenience or discomfort experienced by your family. Lastly, happy to hear any other concerns you had during your stay were timely resolved. For the record, we wanted to clarify upon inspection of the “gas smell” you questioned, our property manager advised us you were informed that the odor was not coming from our property, but appeared to be fumes coming from a neighboring property. In spite of the above, we are pleased to hear you thought the property was “Nice” and it appears you and your family enjoyed your stay overall.

Dear guest, thank you for respecting the property and following the House Rules during your stay. We are very sorry to hear you had issues with your stay. However, we wish you had notified us while you were still there, as we might have been able to assist you with finding certain things like the BBQ lighter, the storage bowls and extra batteries for the remotes because we do have those items at the house. Also, we honestly always get compliments on how comfortable the beds are, especially in both master bedrooms, so we are very surprised you mentioned in your review that you did not find that to be the case and did not sleep well. Strange though that you would inquire about extending your stay a significant amount of extra time (which most people would not do) if they were sleeping so uncomfortably at the house. In any event, glad to hear you had an enjoyable stay overall. Hope you had safe travels home.
