A full size washer (with 2 sachets of laundry detergent) and dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack.

Living Room
There are three comfortable sofas which is perfect for watching the massive 60" TV! You can enjoy views of the pool area and access the pool area via the sliding doors.

Beautiful seating area with 54" TV and PS4 Gaming station

Parking
In driveway . Home allows for two parking spaces.

Pool Area
Popular by everyone is the outdoor area! The pool is great for getting sunshine ALL day long with privacy. The pool area backs onto the golf course. Enjoy outside dining. There are sun loungers and space aplenty
* The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($200 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $40 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40. Pool heat is recommended October - April.
* Pool heat is set to 88 F and Hot Tub set to 101, runs from 7am - 11pm, if purchased
* Please request pool heat at least 1 week prior to arrival.

This home in Reunion includes some amenities but not all. Specifically it does not include Golf or the Water Park.

Golf Tee times can be booked for courses when made available on golfnow.com. If this is critical for your stay please check availability before booking as availbility on golfnow varies. Last-minute deals can be made available within 7 days on golfnow .com. This is also a fantastic resource for many of the hundreds of championship standard courses in the local area – the Golf Capital of the World! Our favorites are the Greg Norman Designed ‘National’ and ‘International’ at ChampionsGate, less than a mile from Reunion. There is also a 'secret' par 3 course at Championsgate that is great family fun as well as the Top Tracer Range. Championsgate golf offers links style golf in tropical Central Florida – it’s a fun test!

Upon arrival, you will find an initial start up of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:
* 1 x roll of paper towels
* 1 x dish sponge
* 2 x dishwasher tablets
* 1 x small dish soap
* 1 x trash bag per bin
* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom
* 2 x sachets of laundry soap
* Small hand soaps in each bathroom
* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 3 miles (Publix - 1 mile, Aldi and Wal-mart - 3 miles)

Please note. We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. A selfie ID is required to rent this home.
