Nice place! It was easy to check-in and out, good instructions, good communication with owner, clean and comfortable. easy walk to some great restaurantsThe only drawback would be the lack of kitchen items e.g. no colander, minimal pans, no pitcher, no spices.

Perfect home away from home.

The biggest take away from this stay was organized information and communication. We had communication with the owner starting before we got to the condo. Check in instructions were clear and detailed. They checked in with us asking if we had any questions and encouraged us to reach out with questions. The condo was clean and well appropriated. It was hot while we were there so we did spend more time indoors than usual so we appreciated the tv app options. The location is an easy 25 minutes from the strip. This condo is the perfect location to use the pool, steps away from the pool entrance. It is conveniently located to the parking garage, laundry room and fitness center. Two things to note, the listing stated dryer and there is not an in unit dryer. There is not a dispenser of body wash, shampoo, conditioner in the showers just small bottles for two days. These did not take away from the condo just two things to note. Great place to stay.

Great option and location

I really liked the size of the condo and the location. It was nice to just walk out to the pool! The condo overall was clean. We did have some maintenance issues while there, but the property owners were SUPER responsive and kind. I would give it 5 stars if there were just a few updates (faucet, disposal, and key issues, which I know are being handled). Parking in the garage was very convenient and secure. The beds were nice and comfortable, but the pullout bed is definitely for a younger body that can rebound after a stiff night's sleep LOL (I think that's fairly normal for a pullout bed). I would stay here again given the above were handled. Thank you!

Great fit for me and my son

Very nice first level unit with comfortable patio seating area. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Like convenient proximity to laundry, gym and pool. Also nice to have access to underground parking.

Such a great place in quiet Las Vegas area

Have stayed at The Westin many times and glad we changed up and stayed at Cristian and Marian's unit located on a nice, large walk-out patio to the main pools and hot tub. The communication with them was excellent and we felt very comfortable for the duration of our trip. Excellent instructions and care for guests and their unit. Looking forward to our next stay here, thanks again!!

Love the area

We have been to Lake Las Vegas many many times and always have enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were good however it was not supplied with extra toilet paper, garbage bags and only 2 pool towels provided when it was noted 3 people were staying here. It provides no extras ie coffee, spices, etc. We weren’t expecting to have to go buy toilet paper, garbage bags and pool towel when these are things that should just be automatic. Property was great but don’t expect to get anything extra.

Great host!!!! Communication is on point, accurate, and informative. Unit is clean, well furnished, and equipped. Location in building is very convenient for pool, parking, and access. Hope to stay here again soon.

Easy Pool Access

Fun place to stay, very clean and easy access to the pool. We had the pool almost to ourselves and the other residents were great. The condo is set up well for space for the family - if you intend to cook, you will need to bring your own spices and think ahead some. Thanks for the stay!

Perfect little place in Vegas.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a clean and very comfortable space for us. The little grocery on property was within walking distance. Unfortunately the hot tub and pool were closed but owner let us know well in advance that it would reopen soon. Would absolutely stay here again

Our Much Needed Rest

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Viera. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was well stocked with towels and linens. The kitchen had everything you'd need..coffeemaker, microwave etc. The pool and hot tub were heated and our patio was a cozy spot to sit and visit.

Nice get away

This property was very nice and exactly what we needed for our annual girls weekend! The location was exactly what we needed to congregate with our family but also have a bit of quiet time! It was well equipped for anything you might need and check in instructions were provided well in advance and were very clear. Thank you for allowing us access to your wonderful property!

LLV condo

Nice property in a great location. Much quieter and more relaxing then staying on the strip but still close enough for a short trip to the strip. Several good restaurants that are easy to walk to.
