Our second stay at this property and it was exceptional. The location can’t be beat with views of Lake Las Vegas, the mountains, golf course, and the beautiful landscaping all from the upper patio. Very pet friendly which is important to us and the pool area can’t be beat. Plus 30 - 45 minutes from all Vegas has to offer.

Beautiful place in Lake Las Vegas

Very happy with our decision to stay here. Check-in and check-out process was simple and Da was very responsive to any questions we had. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate guests and really appreciate the pet friendliness. The views from balcony were great, and the pool area/ workout facility was a nice surprise. Unfortunately the pool area was closed for most of our stay for resurfacing. Lake Las Vegas area is beautiful and great location to access all that Vegas has to offer.

A great family retreat with great views of the lake and the golf course

Extremely comfortable for a family and friends gathering. The floor plan has a great lay out and with 3 bathrooms make it very comfortable for everyone. Lots of parking available. Great location for golfing, hiking and site seeing. Lake Mead National Park is only 10 minutes away. The Host was wonderful to work with!!! Hope to return in the future.

Wonderful

An extended stay enjoyed immensely- the pool and spa were heated for use during our entire visit. Great walking trails. Condo was lovely and very comfortable. It is a second floor unit with a long flight of stairs up to it, don’t pack anything too heavy to carry up - totally worth it tho - the view is spectacular!

Unit Is Tired

The experience would be enhanced with an information sheet to explain how things operated. Several items needed to be repaired. The disposal and garage door opener did not work, the master showerhead leaked even when off, and the oven kept popping. The community pool heater needed repair the entire time we were there, making it impossible to use the pool. However, the Lake Las Vegas area is entertaining with the Village and Reflection Bay Golf Club.

Wonderful, relaxing place. 30 days in heaven.......

You can't go wrong with this Villa (condo). I stayed here one month with 2 small, well-behaved Border Collies. Members of my family were with me for about a week, then I was by my lonesome for 3 weeks-the time I needed to regenerate from a busy fall semester teaching at college. Three bedrooms and 3 baths-great. There is a study that I used as my office for the month. I brought 2 large monitors and my desktop computer with me-that allowed me to update my websites and work on the computer every day-the WiFi provided was dependable. On cool nights in December, I turned on the fireplace with a flip of the switch. The scenes from the balcony were great-I just wish December weather in Vegas was a little warmer so I could have enjoyed the balcony more. The washer and dryer were in a handy spot and always worked well. The clubhouse was wonderful--heated pools and hot tubs. I always felt very safe. For example, I would be walking the dogs on the streets inside the V at 3 a.m. and, more often than not, the Lake Las Vegas Community Patrol vehicle would pass by me. I saw them day and night. They always waved at me and their presence gave me peace-of-mind. At night, the entire V is one of the most quiet places I have ever been. I used the kitchen a lot (stove-top and oven) for my family, myself, and for the dogs-I make my own dog food (cooked). You know the V loves dogs when there are several dog baggie stations located around the V. I always have my own doggie bags, but sometimes you run short. Those stations came in handy. Parking is no problem-the one place garage will fit most vehicles, and there are other spots to park as well. If you stay at this Villa, don't miss the near-by grocery store, called Seasons Grocery. Their prices are fair and will have most items you are in need of. So in summary, my stay at this Villa was incredible. The floor-plan of the Villa was great and has plenty of space as described/shown in the pictures and text by the owner. By the way, the owner was always willing to answer any of my questions. This place is golden.

Month in Lake Las Vegas

We really enjoyed our stay in Las Vegas. The place was great. It is on the second level and there are quite a few steps to get to the front door. Just something to be aware of when booking. The Lake Las Vegas area is beautiful, clean, and safe. The house was well-equipped, and the appliances worked well. We stayed for the month of November. This was a working vacation for us, so we set up our workstations in the living room area and also used the office area. Since we work on computers, the internet access was important. The internet speed was adequate for our purposes. It was slow at times but for the most part worked OK. The place has a fabulous view of the golf course and lake from the patio. The big screen TV in the living room worked well and the sofas were comfortable. The other two bedrooms also had TV’s. The place has access to a single stall garage with plenty of other parking close by. We brought our off-road vehicle and trailer with us and rented a spot at nearby storage facility since we were not allowed to park it in the development. This worked fine for us. The master bedroom also had a great view and the bathroom was spacious. The overhead shower leaked a bit even when shut off but everything else worked great. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom had a king bed. This was kind of strange but still worked for us. We did not make use of the pool facility nearby since the weather was not warm enough and the workout area of the clubhouse was closed because of COVID-19. We did have visitors over Thanksgiving and used the second bedroom and bathroom. We did not use the third bedroom. The laundry room is in a room off the hallway. There is a third full bathroom in the hallway. The location of the house was great. There is construction going on in the area that caused some noise during the weekdays. Evenings were nice and peaceful. It was about a half hour to the strip. We made excursions to Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire State Park, Hoover Dam and Death Valley National Park. We also did some off-roading near Lake Mead. We found some good restaurants and bars. Because of COVID-19, crowds were way down, and seating was restricted but we were able to get into most places. We would highly recommend this rental and would definitely book it again if we return to the area.

Friendly community, beautiful pool, comfortable luxury condo

My husband and I stayed with our Pug for a month. Da was super responsive from the start of the process, when I confirmed the timing and we could bring our pup. Accessing the condo and amenities was well outlined with easy to follow directions. We both worked during our stay and the interest access was mostly seemless. The cable included in LLV is not great, but they provided a fire stick and we brought out own Apple TV. Any issues that came up we're minor and Far responded quickly. I look forward to staying here in the future.

Beautiful Place to Stay

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful townhome. The view from the balcony was spectacular! This unit is pet friendly and is close to so many areas to walk your dog. We were able to make good use of the jacuzzi, heated pool and bbq at the clubhouse. The single car garage was a plus and there’s plenty of parking in front of the unit as well. The owner was very responsive to any question we had and was wonderful to work with. We look forward to coming back for another stay.

A little slice of paradise in Lake Las Vegas

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay. It was a working vacation for me, so having the dedicated study/office with a desk really helped out. We were very comfortable in all the "living" areas of the condo, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool and fitness area are great, and very rarely had other people using them while we were there, so it was mostly all to ourselves. The community itself is very quiet and peaceful. We had a couple of issues during our 6 week stay, but the owner worked hard to address them right away. The only issue we had is the location being further away from the strip/downtown (about 40 minutes), so the drive gets a bit tedious if you want to do that a lot. On the flip side, coming back to the peace and quiet of the condo was a plus.

Great property.

Da's property is great. We loved the Lake Las Vegas Resort area and felt secure. Very upscale. A couple small glitches which Da and her husband took care of right away. Lovely people. We had to cut our stay short by two weeks due to the virus situation but Da has graciously told us we can come back and stay at another date for the lost time.

We loved our stay.

The property was wonderful, we really enjoyed Lake Las Vegas. The view from the balcony was awesome - I had my coffee there every morning. And our dog loved to watch the golfers, the coyotes, and the birds running around.

Beautiful escape away from the city

It was a super nice luxury condo overlooking the golf course. It was an escape from the city and didn't want to leave to even go and do daily activities. I was using this place for study and it was quiet and helped me focus for my upcoming exam. The pool was absolutely fabulous and beautiful at night. It was a perfect haven and loved every minute of it. I would recommend this place to anyone not looking for the city experience. You won't be disappointed!!!!!

A Summer Well Spent

Finally getting around to writing a review! We spent the majority of last summer (2011) at this amazing condo with our family. The furnishings are gorgeous, very well appointed and comfortable. Da (owner) was very accommodating. Loved everything about this condo, but I wouldn't recommend it from about June through September, because we will probably be in it!!! Thanks Da for the summer of a lifetime!

Fantastic Lake Las Vegas

Just completed our stay (all be it a week early due to work issues) at this beautiful home - it is everything you need and more - we highly recommend to others and we will be back - forget stopping on the strip Lake Las Vegas is the place to stay, the facilities are excellent and the place is a little piece of heaven away from the madness.

Beautifully decorated with a homey feel!

We really enjoyed our stay at your villa. The decorating is beautifully elegent yet made us feel at home. We spent alot of time around the pools and at the clubhouse. We cooked supper on the BBQ at the clubhouse a few times and found everything we needed in the unit for cooking. Thank You Da and family!
