This private home has an amazing view of Keuka Lake. The newly remolded new deck is huge. Gorgeous vistas both ends of the day; sunrise and sunset. Can sleep 8-12 people. Large kitchen that is fully stocked to cook.

The description on the website was not correct as the number of beds was not accurate. The hosts brought in air mattresses. Other than that it was a very comfortable home, exceptionally clean!

Labor Day Stay

We stayed at Linda’s property on Labor Day weekend. We had a wedding at Crispin Hill and it was the perfect location, just above the venue, and very close to town, wineries and breweries. House was very clean, the deck was huge and lovely

Checked our boxes and a great view to boot!

We were in town for a quick family visit and it was a great alternative to staying in a hotel which would have cost more and been much less personal.

Family friendly

Stayed here with my husband, two kids and mother in law. We loved the partially covered porch with the breath taking view. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. There is a wedding venue that you can see from the home. We could hear the music but it ended right at 10pm both evenings so overall not a huge issue. Overall we had a good experience here and would stay here again.

Stunning views of Keuka Lake

Hillside Havens large deck offers stunning views of the lake. The house is comfortable with plenty of room. We were there for a girls trip and were not disappointed. Our hostess Linda was great and even left us wine and homemade cookies (which were delicious). Thanks again!

Happy Hillside Haven

Our family had a wonderful time at Hillside Haven. Since we had a group of 9 people the spaciousness of the house was perfect. The gorgeous views from the outside deck area were a highlight and provided unforgetable displays of the beauty of Keuka Lake. The property owners were so responsive to our every need and more than gracious in every way. I highly reccomend this place for a comfortable, beautiful and happy experience.

Girls wine weekend!

The location was close to some of our favorite spots. There was rain so it was damp but we had enough room for 4 ladies enjoying the finger lakes. The wedding location next door provided music in the evenings while we sat outside.

Beautiful house!

We booked this house for a long weekend surrounding my daughters graduation from Keuka College. The pictures on VRBO were nice but they did nothing for the character and overall beauty of this house and the amazing views! The host was beyond welcoming and very responsive when we reached out! It was an awesome time in beautiful PennYan!

Great location

This is very convenient to Penn Yan and many wineries. Great view from the deck and overall a cool place for up to 7 adults to stay during their visit to FLX.

Wine country

We had a wonderful weekend and the veiw from the home was so beautiful, the leaves are changing and it was so nice and peaceful. The home was very clean and the setup was ideal for the family. It was a great weekend.

We stayed Oct 6-9. The house was exactly as stated. It's is in the heart of wine country. The deck has unbelievable views of Lake Keuka.

Birthday Celebration

Two sisters with two sisters-in-law planned a two-day getaway to explore and enjoy some wineries in the Finger Lakes area. The location of Hillside Haven turned out to be pretty ideal. Although we did not spend much time there, the house itself met our needs and was clean. Communication with the host was easy and access instructions were clear. The "welcome cookies" were a hit and the deck did not disappoint!

Weekend get away

My husband daughter and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Hillside Haven. This home is beautifully appointed, wrap around deck with outstanding views of the lake and close to the many wineries, breweries and distilleries. Highly recommend this picturesque home for your next gathering.

Amazing place!

We had a friends wedding at crispin hill and this was the perfect location, as the house was right next door to the venue. The house was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. The host even baked us fresh goods as a welcome gift! Responsive host and easy check in process. Very beautiful spot. 10/10

Wonderful and peaceful.

This is a house with a $$$$ view (the listing picture does not do it justice). The covered extended deck can host everyone during a daydream session in the rain. The area, like the house, deserves more than a vacation to enjoy what it can offer. The host's LP collection gave us a lot to explore during down time.

Great View of the Lake

Bill & Linda were VERY accommodating to our special requests. Loved the floor plan and front deck. Beautiful view of Keuka Lake. It's basically a cottage with a large floor plan. I would stay here again.

Wonderful Getaway

Our group of five adults enjoyed a great stay at Hillside Haven! The area feels like being in the countryside, yet it is only minutes from downtown Penn Yann. Spacious and charmingly decorated, we found that we had everything that we needed to make our stay easy and pleasant. Our hostess was very welcoming. We spent many hours on the generously sized deck while having an awesome view of beautiful Keuka Lake. We enthusiastically recommend Hillside Haven for any persons that are interested in visiting the area!

A deer place to visit!

This home offered us a wonderful view of the lake as well as daily meet and greets with some of the locals. The deer greeted us every afternoon as they foraged for apples in the field next door. The black cat would head down the road each morning in search of some breakfast and then climb back up triumphant. So funny. The house had all the comforts of home and then some. Would def stay here again. Loved the browning left by the owner. We bought some ice cream and made sundaes with our friends. Thank you so much! TV had cable and I did get to watch my favorite show! So happy.

Amazing Place to Stay

very well kept cottage with every facility you could think of for a comfortable getaway. It was equiped with full kitchen, laundry, linen supplies. Gas BBQ grill and firepit with abundant supply of wood were added joy. Linda is an amazing host, she brought new patio chairs for aitting around the fire. Pie and fresh flowers were nice welcome gifts. Cottage was well decorated and big enough for our family of 8. there were three bedrooms and one bath on main floor and one master bedroom and one bathroom in the basement. Lots of board games and activities for kids were also available. two family rooms one on each floor, tv with a choice of channels and movies made our day. Lake view from the deck was spectacular.

Bill and I are long term residences of Penn Yan. Bill grew up here and taught science for 47 years in the Penn Yan middle school. I grew up in Ithaca, NY. We owned a flower shop in Hammondsport for 7 years. Due to these two experiences we are well versed in the area. And became hosts so we could give our guests the opportunity to enjoy the Finger Lakes Region.

Hillside Haven has a spectacular view of Keuka Lake. The sunrises and sunsets are truly breath taking form the porch.
The house is just outside of town to give you a country feel, but within 5 miles of hospital, grocery stores, Keuka Lake, wineries, breweries, hiking trails, etc.

The split level style house allows privacy to those who occupy the lower level. The kitchen is expansive.
