The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, which you can enjoy in the dining area or out in the covered patio. Outside, the backyard is a true oasis with a private swimming pool and plenty of lounge chairs for soaking up the sun.

The house has keyless entry, for which you will receive your own personal code for check-in the day prior to arrival. We want you to have a fantastic time, and are available via the booking site should questions arise.

This property may have video surveillance in outdoor public spaces to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There are no cameras inside the home. Noise meters may also be present in and around the property to ensure quiet hours are followed. We will only receive a notification of a noise event if the noise decibel threshold is exceeded. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level during the day, but at night we ask for no loud noises after 10 pm — if this sounds like something that will not work for your group, our property might not be the right one for you.

Important: All guests are required to complete and pass a background screening through Guest Ranger prior to their stay. This is a necessary step to comply with local city regulations and to ensure the safety and security of our home and community.
