State Farm Stadium is a 15-minute drive, and golfers can use a nearby public course. Explore nearby shopping and dining at Arrowhead Towne Center, and P83 entertainment district. The vibrant Westgate Entertainment District is also an easy drive. Hikers will revel in nearby Thunderbird Conservation Park.

The space
Come and stay in our conveniently located lakeside home with a pool! Our home comfortably sleeps 6 guests. You will find 2 queen beds, 1 double bed, and 1 twin bed.
Create great memories at pool and lakeside. Barbecue and dine on the covered patio, relax in the chaise lounges and observe an endless variety of lake waterfowl. In the warmer months, take a dip in the refreshing pool.
The living room features comfortable seating, and a 65" Smart Roku 4K TV. You'll be able to view Paramount TV, as well as sign into your own Prime and Netflix accounts. Xbox is available with your subscription. There is also a Blueray/DVD player available for your use.
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. You'll find a radiant top range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with filtered water and ice. Cooking and dining utensils stock the drawers and shelves. There is also a pantry to store your food supplies. In the adjoining dining room, you'll find a dining set for six, a coffee bar with a Keurig, along with extra mugs and wine glasses.
Downstairs, Bedroom room 1 has a queen bed, a luggage bench and a wall to wall closet. Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed, 1 twin, a wall to wall closet. You will wake up in the morning with lovely view to the pool and lake.
The downstairs bathroom features a shower and tub combination. You'll find all the needed amenities stocked.
The spacious master bedroom upstairs features a queen bed, a 65" 4K Smart Roku TV (with all the same programming features as downstairs), a dresser, a luggage bench, a loveseat, and a desk with a comfortable chair. It is attached to a generously sized bathroom with double sinks, a large bath tub, and a separate shower.
