The Hamilton Branch is known for its excellent fishing opportunities, particularly for rainbow and brown trout. The river is also a popular destination for kayaking and whitewater rafting enthusiasts, with its swift currents and challenging rapids. Additionally, the area is popular for hiking, camping, and wildlife viewing, with the opportunity to see deer, bald eagles, and other wildlife. Hamilton Branch is a very quiet neighborhood. Overall, the Hamilton Branch of the Feather River is a beautiful and exciting destination offering a range of activities and breathtaking scenery. I love sharing my knowledge of hiking trails, boating, fishing, bicycling, and all the amenities Lake Almanor has to offer.
