Introducing Bay Trees Condos A4! A tastefully decorated Port Aransas condo. Located near the community swimming pool with a balcony overlooking the Bay Tree courtyard. Easy access to the city marina. This is a third floor condo with no elevator access. No smoking, NO pets. Parking for 1 standard sized vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than 1, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray
