Leadville Depot Unit B is a fully restored, luxury 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo. The building is an old train depot, built in the early 1900's, and has been restored with modern day conveniences while maintaining some of the historic charm. Enjoy the glorious mountain views from your private deck. Walk into town. Travel a few blocks to the Mineral Belt Trail or the local single track trail network. There is plenty of parking and access to a private garage.

This property was perfect for our family of 6. The space had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen and dining table were perfect for eating in and playing games. The rooms were comfortable and cozy. Living area was great for relaxing and watching movies

Very nice property, clean and recently updated. Exactly as advertised. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. Having small size toiletries in the bathroom was appreciated.

Excellent Accommodations

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautifully appointed and spacious condo. It was perfect for my husband, adult son and me for the Leadville Marathon weekend. It is exactly as described in the listing, with nice furnishings and high-end appliances. Communication about our stay could not have been more congenial and complete. Very easy in/out with a personalized access code, and a garage for our cars was a big bonus. A very nice quiet part of town… close enough (just blocks to the main downtown), but not so close to deal with any traffic or people congestion. The deck, which faces west, was lovely in the evenings. And that view will never get old. Extremely comfortable stay and will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Wow what a view from this condo. This property is extremely spacious comfortable and clean!!! A private one car garage was great too.Location was fine. I’ll definitely stay here for my next ski adventure next year!!

Great accommodation in Leadville

Like many other reviewers, we had a wonderful stay at the Depot. All information and communication with the host was exceptional. The Depot is fairly close to downtown and to many outdoor activities. To have access to the garage was a special bonus. Great place!

Great base for exploring the area

Condo was a perfect fit for a family of four skiing a few days at Ski Cooper, and should work well for anyone looking to explore the area. Very cool renovated depot building and solid kitchen. Access to attached heated garage was a definite plus.

Leadville Depot is a gem!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The location is perfect! Close enough to walk to Harrison, but far enough away to avoid the bustle of the Leadville race. There is so much space in the condo as well as parking and storage in the huge garage! This is hands down the best place to stay in Leadville. We hope to be returning here for years to come!

Convenient location in historic building

This location was convenient to downtown Leadville and had views of Mount Elbert and Mount Massive from the deck. The unit was in the renovated depot building and had all the modern amenities with historic charm. Our group of four adults had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. The huge garage was a great bonus and there was additional parking. The unit was very clean and checking in was easy. We had one question during our stay and the owner quickly responded. We would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic Summer Weekend

We spent a family weekend in Leadville this summer and this unit was absolutely wonderful! It was so much better than even the description and the photos. It was very clean, had really powerful ceiling fans, a wonderful kitchen, and comfortable beds. The most amazing thing, though, were the sweeping views off the patio (and out of a glass sliding door) or the sunset between Mt. Elbert and Mt. Massive! The location was excellent, walkable within a mile of the main drag in Leadville, with an attached parking garage.

Visit to the Mountains

We had a great stay at Leadville Depot Condos. The condo was exactly as represented online, clean and very comfortable. The host was great and responsive - even when we couldn't figure out the thermostat (user error!). Beds are super comfortable and the view from the back deck of the mountains was gorgeous! My husband plans to book it again for his annual ski trip with our friends who live nearby. Great place!

In town for Marathon and Silver Rush 50

The place was great!! Nice view of Mount Massive from the back deck. Very close to the Timberline Trails. Hope to be back.

The Leadville Depot Condos are on historic Chestnut Street, which was Leadville's main street back in the mining days. It's now a peaceful neighborhood with spectacular mountain views and great access to town and local trails.

You have direct access to your private unit, including a beautiful deck on the west side of the building with big views of Colorado's two tallest peaks. There is ample parking in front of the unit or in the back. We also have a private garage for you to store your bikes, skis, or whatever extras you bring with!
