This newly built home is one of the first houses to break ground in the new Railyard Development. This two-story home has five spacious bedrooms with plenty of room for hosting with a fluid floor plan of living room, dining, and kitchen. A side access door shows you into the mudroom where you can store your snow gear after a day of skiing.

This property is conveniently located in the new Railyard Development that is within walking distance of Leadville Main Street where the life of Leadville resides. Walk to the local grocery store and step right onto the Mineral Belt Trail! Walk along these historic Sidewalks into the many restaurants, bars, local gift shops, and museums.
