LOCATION:

LAKE ONTARIO:
Lake Ontario is located only a 5 minute walk from our home. There is a nice park called Harold Henry Wright Parkette overlooking the Lake.

SUNSET BEACH:
Sunset Beach is located only 5 minutes from our home. It is a very large beach and considered one of the best on Lake Ontario.

NIAGARA FALLS:
Niagara Falls is a 15-20 minute drive from our home. It is a must see and may be one of the reason you found us.

NIAGARA-ON-THE-LAKE:
Niagara-on-the-Lake is only a 15 minute drive. It is one of the most enchanting and picturesque towns in our province.

WINE VINEYARDS:
St. Catharines is known for its picture-postcard wine vineyards. They are scattered all over our city and near the Lake. We are fortunate to be located only minutes to many of them. You can take part in wine tours as well as enjoy a nice meal overlooking the vineyards.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access this entire 5 bedroom home. Three of the bedrooms are located on the second floor as well as 1 bathroom. 2 of the other bedrooms are located on the main floor as well as the 2nd bathroom..

HOUSE RULES:
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
• Parties & events are NOT allowed.
• Mark the actual amount of guests that will be staying. Max capacity is 10 persons. This is a firm rule.
• Visitors are not permitted on the property. Absolutely no gatherings. The home is for lodging purposes only.
• No pets.

The above house rules are common in most properties. If there are severe breaches of any of the above rules, the reservation will be cancelled with no refund issued. This is a mature and ultra quiet neighbourhood. As a responsible host and good neighbour, I would like it to remain that way.
