Just like the name says, Creek Haven is situated along a relaxing creek, with outdoor fire pit and grill. Located minutes from the Youghiogheny Lake and Marina. Close to Ohiopyle State Park, Confluence Dam and Beach. Feel completely at home in our cozy cabin.

Enjoy your time at Creek Haven! Listen to the creek while enjoying a nice warm fire on the patio.



The Cabin has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The first bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a futon that folds into a full size mattress. There is also a pull out couch in the living room which has a queen size mattress.



The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, plates, silverware, bottle opener, and baking dishes. This property includes a linen and towel package.



COVID-19: due to regulations regarding proper cleaning procedures, we are not currently accepting requests for early check-in or late check-out.

Guests will have access to the entire house as well as all outdoor areas including the shed.

I am available via the Airbnb messenger app only from 7am-9pm. Phone calls are not answered.

We are located in a rural area. There are a few local restaurants including, Curts Family Restaurant, The Stone House Restaurant, Braddock`s Inn.



The Yough Lake Marina is 2.5 miles from the property. Uniontown is a 25 minute drive from the property. In Uniontown, you can find numerous chain restaurants, grocery stores, movie theatre and mall.

There is no public transportation in this area. Guests should be prepared with their own vehicle. When staying during winter months (Nov-Mar), guests should be prepared with an all wheel drive, 4 wheel drive or front wheel drive vehicle with chains. Roads are routinely plowed however during inclement weather they can be delayed.

We are unable to offer early check in or late check out.



The key is kept in a lock box. Once you open the door, place it back inside the box. Do not keep it with you. $50 fee for lost keys.



This home is located in the woods. It is common to see wildlife such as Bears, Deer, Squirrels, Chipmunks, Snakes, Mice, etc. Occasionally, small critters will make their way inside the home. While we do our best to keep them out completely, it is possible that you may come across one. Refunds are not issued for wildlife in the home.



Swimming Pool and Hot tub Policies: If the property that you are renting has a swimming pool or hot tub, you understand that by accepting a reservation, you release Vacation Ohiopyle, Alpine Property Rentals LLC and all owners of all claims and assumption of risk.



Please be aware, we cannot guarantee the Swimming Pools or Hot tubs will be working at every check in. We are not a resort. We send service to fix problems as they arise, however, the repair company may not be able to fit us into their schedule on the same day. These amenities are included with every stay, therefore, refunds will not be given for malfunction during your stay.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check in or late departure can not be guaranteed.

Please remove shoes upon entering home.
No Smoking inside the house. This includes smoking out of windows.
No food or drink, with the exception of water, is permitted in bedrooms.
Quiet time 10pm-7am. This includes playing music outside.

Extra blankets are available in the living room closet if needed. You are responsible for washing and returning them to the closet before departure.

Fireplace Guidelines:
- Use at your own risk
- Flip open the door on the bottom panel and turn switch to the `on` position. The fire can take up to 60 seconds to light. Do not turn any knobs.

Hot Tub Guidelines:
- Use at your own risk
- The cover should remain properly closed and buckled when not in use
- Children should not spend more than 10 minutes at a time in the hot tub
- Guests should not consume alcohol in the hot tub
- When not in use, maintain temperature at 97 degrees
- Do not use soap in the hot tub
- Guests are required to shower before entering hot tub
- Do not use glassware in the hot tub


Check Out Instructions
- Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. Don’t forget the coffee pot!
- Place all towels in the washer and turn it on. Soap is provided.
- Strip all used beds and leave the linens on the floor. Please do not remove the mattress covers.
- Bag all trash and take to the tan bin near the end of the driveway
- Remove food from the refrigerator and double check in drawers and under beds for personal belongings. The most common forgotten items are phone chargers, Sun glasses and socks!
- Lock all doors and windows
- Turn Air conditioners to 75 or heat to 65
- Make sure hot tub is set to 97 and the cover is properly in place.

We strive to provide clean, comfortable accommodations to make your stay enjoyable. Please report any dissatisfaction with the property immediately upon check in.

This area is dependent on winter recreation and guests should be prepared with an appropriate vehicle for conditions. Refunds will not be given for weather related cancellations. Check out times will not change due to weather.

Like most hosts, we have full time jobs and children so we request that unless there is an emergency, please refrain from communication between 9pm and 7am.

***If you are bringing your pet with you, please remember the pet rules:
- Pets must be registered
- Limit 2 pets per reservation
- No pets on furniture
- No pets in showers or bath tubs
- Do not use towels on pets. You must provide your own pet towels and blankets
- Clean up after your pet
- $50 non refundable deposit per pet

$250-$700 fees for unregistered pets or not following pet rules.

GENERAL LIABILITY WAIVER

Guests agree to read, understand and adhere to the rules below.

Use of Property Grounds:
You understand that hiking and using the streams and creeks on the property is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from those activities and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers (slips, trips, falls, animals, insects, drowning, etc.) associated with the use of the property. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking, and use of the streams and creeks on the property. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.

Campfires:
Campfires must remain inside your fire ring, flames within reason above fire ring (NOT higher then 3 ft.).
Do not move the fire ring. Campers who move the fire ring will be immediately required to leave the property.


Noise:
Please be considerate of other guests staying at the property as well as our neighbors.
Quiet hours are from 9:00pm until 9:00am.
When returning to your Site, please be safe and considerate of your neighbors.

Children:
The property is unsupervised. Children under the age of sixteen (16) must be always supervised by a responsible adult and must be on the site they belong to every night by dusk.
Children under eighteen (18) years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of eighteen (18) anytime they are near the creek.

Firearms/Hunting:
Firearms are strictly always prohibited on the property.
