Our cute little studio has all the amenities of home. There is a microwave, convection oven, air fryer, keurig coffee pot, along with a mini fridge to store your food and beverages. There are also dishes, bowls, cups, silverware and utensils available. A family lives here, so there is possibility for noise , however, we are always conscious when we have guests!

Very quaint!

We loved our little cozy space. It had everything we needed and an awesome shower and comfy bed. The owner was kind enough to notify us of the northern lights viewing on the evening we were there. Hoping to come again soon.

Comforts of home

What's not to like in this studio in a quiet neighborhood. Comfy bed, well supplied bathroom, and hot coffee in the morning. Not to mention, great hosts with lots of communication to make you feel at home. Perfect travel stop or a home base to explore Twin Falls.

Small but very nice!

We were so impressed with this new home in a nice new neighborhood. Even though our area in the house was one bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet it was just what we needed and so nice. Much better than getting a hotel room forsure. Thank you for sharing a part of your beautiful home with us.

Really nice place to stay

Clean, modern, well located- within ten minutes from twin falls’ finest dining, Walmart and the hospital… just in case. One con was it is not possible to adjust your room temperature. It was a bit chilly when we arrived but a quick text to the host got it taken care of.

Very clean

Communication was great. Check in was very simple. Location is in a newly developing subdivision. Shoshone Falls is about 20 minutes away. The room looks new and very clean. Shower and bed were both nice as well. No complaints whatsoever! My husband and I were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Nice Little Studio

This property is a small studio built into the garage of a newly constructed home. Private keypad entrance. There’s the small main room with a two-person stadium seating couch in front of the big TV and a very comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, and a large closet with big shelves and room for suitcases. It has all the amenities for two people to spend a comfortable night. I would stay again if we’re passing through. Thanks.

Quaint and Efficient!

This is a great little spot for one person or a couple. Don't let the size and simplicity fool you, as it's well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. What you see is truly what you get, at a very affordable rate. It was exceptionally clean and ready upon arrival. The owners are very helpful and communicative. As other reviews have mentioned, you may occasionally hear people inside the main house (absolutely no more so than in any other connected or apartment style setting), but that is also stated openly in the property description. Overall, the property is VERY quiet and conveniently located! This is a great little place, and I would gladly stay here again!

Can’t recommend - walls are way too thin and I felt like I was in the family’s house (because I was)

Owners were nice, but this place is borderline as a VRBO. You don’t get “the whole house” just a room in a house with a bathroom, a closet, and a makeshift kitchenette and small fridge in the closet. It has its own entryway, but it’s basically a glorified bedroom in a home with extremely poor sound insulation. Shortly after checking in, I heard a ton of noise from inside the house - first footsteps from what sounded like teenagers clomping over my head. Then I heard laughter and conversation from a door and it sounded like the family’s kitchen is literally on the other side of this door. I heard the family speaking at full volume, opening the refrigerator, etc. Worse, at around 3:00 in the morning I could clearly hear a woman speaking to someone. An intermittently rattling ceiling fan topped my nearly sleepless night. If this was a truly separate space from the house (garage apartment, separate studio, etc.), I wouldn’t mind. I’ve stayed in several STR units like this. But didn’t want to hear the family’s dinner conversations, the refrigerator door open and close, kids running, laughing, playing, etc. Basically the place does not feel private because you can hear what’s going on in the rest of the house and they can hear you, too. I don’t like writing this review but I would never ever stay here again, even for free, and I wish some of the reviewers had mentioned just how little privacy you get with this place. I hope they reconsider using the space as a VRBO.

Hi Eric, We’re very sorry to hear that you did not have an enjoyable stay. We strive to ensure our guests are comfortable and have a relaxing stay by consciously trying to limit noise. We apologize that you caught us on an off day. I am well aware that we will never be able to please everyone, however, I feel that some of your review is exaggerated. (There is no 2nd story above the room, hence no teenagers clomping over your head). We have young children and this is their home, so we’re sorry that was disruptive to your stay. With that being said, Our listing clearly states that it is a room attached to a home. It says nothing about renting the whole house, not sure how you got that impression from our listing and pictures. We have been premier hosts for over a year and have never received such a review as this one. All of our guests rave about what a wonderful space we have. We will continue to host and share our home because we have received way more positive reviews than negative, so we must be doing something right! Thanks for the heads up with the ceiling fan, we will get that addressed. James and Amy
