Welcome to this beautifully remodeled historic bungalow, nestled on one of the best residential streets in Twin Falls! This private main-level unit offers you the perfect combination of cozy amenities, modern upgrades, and an unbeatable location – just a short walk to downtown restaurants and popular retail spots.
The home features 2 spacious bedrooms – a luxurious king-size bed and a comfy queen-size bed – ideal for families or small groups. The full kitchen is equipped with brand-new appliances, including a stove, fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker, along with a cozy dining area for your meals. The unit also includes in-unit laundry for your convenience.
Private & Spacious: This main-level rental offers tons of space for you to relax and unwind. The living room is perfect for gathering, featuring a sofa bed and a Smart TV for entertainment. Plus, you’ll enjoy the extra-large backyard with a covered deck—ideal for relaxing or enjoying a meal. No parties please.
Recent Upgrades: The home has been completely remodeled with new flooring, furnishings, A/C, heating, plumbing, and high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable and seamless stay.
Pet-Friendly: We welcome your furry friends! 1-2 dogs are allowed, and the large yard offers plenty of space for them to stretch their legs.
We have built parking in the rear of our home off the alley for 2 vehicles max. Please do not park in the driveway, as it is reserved for the lower (basement) level, or on the street in front of neighbors' homes.
This is a private, secure, self-contained rental on the main level of a home. There is a separate apartment on the lower level of the property. We ask that all guests observe quiet hours 10pm-7am.

Enjoy a comfy living area with Smart TV, updated bathroom with tub, washer/dryer and remodeled kitchen and eating nook with high-speed Wifi throughout. And look no further for great coffee - our kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker with pods so you have a great way to start your day!
We can sleep up to 5 in 2 private bedrooms plus pull-out queen sofa in living room. First bedroom has new King size bed; second bedroom features new Queen size bed. Main Living Room also offers desk area with power strip so you can work from home with ease.
Personal products are provided for your use, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand-soap. We also provide a hair dryer, iron + ironing board, and kitchen stocked with flatware and all the dishes you'll need.
Our backyard deck has been recently rebuilt so it's a wonderful spot to start your day or unwind at night. Access to the deck is available from the second bedroom.
Parking in our neighborhood is limited so we have built parking in the rear of our home off the alley for a max of 2 vehicles. Please do not park on the street.
