Vacation Home near Siesta Key
You'll have a great time at this peaceful and relaxing vacation home next to Siesta Key. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish home that is just minutes away from the beach. Great location very close to downtown and beaches, with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The property is a 5 minute drive to the beach, it is not walking distance.
This house sleeps a total of 9 people. 3 bedrooms (one master sleeping 2 people, another bedroom that can sleep 2 people, trundle bed bedroom that sleeps 3 people, the living room has a sleeper sofa that can sleep 1-2 people as well as the office sofa that can be laid down and made as a bed if needed. 1 bathrooms with a shower/bath.
There is self check-in with keypad lock. There is self parking available for free right in the driveway in front of the house.
This space is very peaceful and bright. The layout provides space for friends and family to enjoy their time together.
There is a full kitchen available for your use. It includes brand new appliances as well as all the necessities you may need for them. The refrigerator will always be stocked with fresh and cold water bottles for our guests. When you walk in you will also find a welcome basket with snacks. In the cabinets you will find everything you will need for dining and all the baking and cooking utensils you could possibly need.
There is a laundry closet that is available for you to use any time.
There is a TV in the living room and all the other bedrooms that has Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ all provided for you.
The home does have wifi which will be provided to you when you book. We provide ultra fast wifi at the speed of 800mbps.
There is a backyard that is fully fenced and has a fun beachy hang out area including a fire pit with chairs, lots of outdoor seating, dining tables with umbrellas and games. There is also a bbq area that is available for you to use and all the utensils needed for it.
This home is very close to the water. Just minutes away from some of the best beaches in Florida.
