Luxe large 2BR, Steps to Beach w Roof Deck & Free Parking, Excellent Location

Five houses from the beach. Literally one minute to sand. This 3-level townhouse sits on one of Venice's historic walk streets, adjacent to the canals and a short stroll to Venice Pier, Washington St., and the boardwalk path.

The Space
The main level has a large living room with three sofas, dining area, and full kitchen. French doors open to a patio, flooding the space with natural light and ocean breezes. A 65" smart TV, wood mantle, and working fireplace round it out.
Downstairs: a king master suite with private bath, balcony, and ample closet space. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom with a new curbless walk-in shower. In-unit laundry on this level.
Up top: a roof deck with 360° views of all of LA — ocean breezes, dining table, couches, sun loungers, and a propane grill. Half the deck is exclusively yours (everything shown in the photos).

Getting Around
The 22-mile beach path is 30 seconds from the front door. Bike rentals are two blocks away on Washington St. if you want to cruise to Santa Monica or the boardwalk. Most guests barely use a car.
If you do have one: one reserved driveway spot plus free, unlimited street parking on Pacific St. — no permit required.

One of three units. You have complete privacy in your space. We're available and responsive if anything comes up.

The property was in an amazing location. Close to the action, but far enough where it is so quiet and calm. It really is that close to the beach. The host was easy to communicate with, and the rental was clean, with very comfortable beds. A great stay!

Had a great time

Just steps away from Venice Beach. Very nice place with plenty of amenities. Enjoyed our stay. Short drive to Santa Monica Pier or Marina del Rey Marina. Definitely would stay there again!

We stayed at Bill’s property for a few days whilst in town with family (both grown adults) and had a wonderful experience. The host is very communicative and friendly and was extremely accommodating. The property is awesome , lots of space , amazing roof top and view and one block from the beach. Highly recommend staying here and it’s only 20 mins from LAX

The host Bill was attentive with any questions we had. The property was great, just a block from the beach in the residential area of Venice Beach. The beach in that area is quiet and relaxing. If you walk further down it gets more crowded but not overly so with some good people watching. Washington Blvd restaurants were a couple blocks away, including somewhere to pick up some light groceries. The Venice boardwalk was about a 10 min walk for us, which included my wife and 3 kids ages 3, 9 and 11. We enjoyed checking out the skate park, muscle beach and a lively basketball tournament along the walk. We went all the way to the Santa Monica Pier, which was 45 mins to an hour by foot if you walk it straight but we made stops for lunch and to hang out on the beach. It made for a really fun day. There were places to rent bicycles to take along the way if interested. We also went to Disneyland, Universal Studios Hollywood, a Lakers game, a Dodgers game and took a Hollywood tour along with enjoying time at the beach most days. The property has a rooftop patio to hang out on. The first floor includes all the bedrooms with two bathrooms and the second floor has the living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. It was clean, a great location and had everything we were looking for during our stay in the Los Angeles area. It was a fantastic trip and I highly recommend staying at this location.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. It was exactly as described. We only stayed 2 nights due to our schedule, wish we could have stayed longer. The location can't be beat!

Absolutely Wonderful!

Loved this property. Location and proximity to the beach, canals, restaurants, etc. is perfect. Home is clean, beautiful, and well-appointed. The rooftop deck is one of the best in the neighborhood. Bill, the owner, was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

Amazing home, awesome location, gracious and helpful owner

This location cannot be beat. It is just steps from the beach, tons of restaurants and venice beach culture. The home is clean, well equipped and the roof top deck provides views that will blow your mind. Bill our host is fantastic. He quickly answered any of our questions and obviously cares about providing an unforgettable experience. We will be back here as soon as we can. Thank you!

Great location, minute walk to the beach, another 5 to the Venice pier. The canal district and several restaurants are within 10-15 minute walk. The unit is comfortable and spotlessly clean. The living/dining room and kitchen level is spacious and bright, and the kitchen is well equipped. The main bedroom on the first level is large and comfortable, with a large en suite bath that looks to be new. The 2nd bedroom and hall bath are smaller but still comfortable. The host is friendly, accessible, and very responsive--he replied to texts and calls quickly and addressed questions and issues. He assisted me when I couldn't connect my laptop to the unit's wi-fi--it turned out to be a problem with the laptop, not the network--and fortunately worked fine for my phone. I didn't use the parking (no car) or roof deck (cool and breezy during my stay), but the latter has great views. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend.

Great location

Guys trip to LA to go to a sporting event and the location was really great. A couple of blocks away from the fishing pier, but also coffee shop and bars/restaurants. You're one block away from the beach.The place itself was nice enough and I think the photos online are a fair representation. Communication with Bill was quick and self check in was very straight forward.Garage space was tight for our mid-sized SUV, but we made it work.One slight pain was only having one physical key to get into the building and then also needing to remember two door codes every time we were out.Rooftop provides some cool views and could be a cool place to hang out at sunset, but needs a little self-set up. The spot worked out perfectly for our group and we would definitely consider staying again.

We love the ocean, the perfect weather and the feeling of being in a very quiet area but also close to a lot of things. Where you can walk anywhere if you’d like, stroll by the beach and the sunsets are incredible. Sometimes we even see dolphins right when we walk outside.
