Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the unit and access to all amenities in the building. Be aware that the outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management. Please note that the Penthouse Elevator is currently out of service. You will need to take one flight of stairs to access the apartment.

For history buffs, the Inner Harbor offers a glimpse into Baltimore's rich maritime past. Visitors can also take a stroll along the waterfront promenade, where they can enjoy stunning views of the harbor and watch the boats go by.

Most of what you are likely here for is just a short walk away. Public transport is right around the corner if you need to leave downtown. Most of our guests prefer to use Uber and Lyft for longer range trips.

Other Things to Note:
The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required.

Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $89 per service.

Parking: We can provide covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please let us know if you'd like to add parking, which is payable to our online team.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay.

Occasionally, noise disruptions from these sources or other external factors may occur and are beyond our control. Additionally, water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Please understand that we cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues which are beyond our control.
