This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home inside the gated community of Highlands Falls Country club splits its living space almost evenly between indoors & outdoors, all while overlooking the Fairway in its private mountain setting. Vaulted ceilings paired with floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the home provide plenty of open, natural light even in the cooler months.
Lavishly decorated with ornate and vintage furniture, this home opens into a large family room with a stacked stone fireplace as the centerpiece. A cozy kitchen & breakfast bar sit just to the side of the formal dining room, which also provides access to the convertible sunroom/screen porch beyond.
The expansive rear sunroom features an even bigger stacked stone fireplace and plenty of room for outdoor lounging! It has sliding "windows" that convert the space from a sunroom to a covered porch for those warm & sunny days when you still want to feel the mountain breeze. The porch extends along the entire backside of the house and overlooks the HFCC Fairway as well as a small stream running just a stone's throw below.
The Master Bedroom sits near the entry and offers a King-sized bed, big-picture windows, access to a private balcony, and a private bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
Guest Bedroom at the end of the hall has a King bed and its own private bath (tub/shower combo), as well as its own access to the sunroom. The main level also includes 1.5 bathrooms in the hallway, a third bedroom (Queen), and access to the two car garage through the kitchen.
Upstairs, a large bonus room above the garage houses 2 Twin beds and an adorable window bench. The 4th full bathroom sits at the top of the stairs as well.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy (effective for bookings confirmed after April 1, 2024) is outlined below:
For reservations that are 21 days or less, A reservation cancelled ( by email receipt ) between 0 - 45 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. If reservation is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival, guest shall receive a refund of all payments made* less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the reservation AND the cost of any trip insurance if purchased.
*Refunds do not include third-party service fees as those are determined by the booking site and we do not control how those funds are processed.
For any reservations that are more than 21 days, No refund will be given unless the property is re-rented over the previously booked dates.
